Bill - 1 : Construction of Storm Water Drain

Cutting and clearing heavy jungle.

Picking existing black top surface - 2 to 10cm thick including all labour charges

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils invarying depths including dismantling any masonry or roots met within foundation and shoring with planks and baling water if necessary including clearing and levelling the site etc.,and excluding refilling, complete with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m including earth work excavation for trial pit also.

Plain Cement concrete work 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 M-sand and 8 blue granite broken stone jelly 40mm gauge) including consolidation curing, etc. complete for foundation, etc. upto basement road cut restoration base layer as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and shuttering upto 3m high for plane surface such asside slabs of RCC boxing and similar vertical RCC slab,etc.,withall cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over Oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc.,complete as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and placing of Ready Mix M20 Graded of Concrete confirming to IS 456/2000 for Reinforcement Cement Concrete Structural elements under controlled water cement ratio using 20mm and down graded machine broken granite stone jelly including transportation and pumping excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement but including curing, finishing etc including road cut restoration as top layer to be merged with existing BT surface as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating, assembling and laying in exact position,typing with soft steel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Supplying and fixing of 24" FRC manhole cover with frame 600mm dia clear opening heavy duty as per IS:12592/2002. The frame & cover shall bear a non fracture load of 20MT for 30seconds with frame height of 165mm, cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover) 75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and fixing of 24” FRC Gully Gratings of 600mm Dia. with 12 holes of 50MM Dia. (Cover with Frame) complete one set. The frame and cover will bear a non fracture load of 10 M.T. for 30 Seconds with frame height of 165 mm (shall confirm I.S.12592/2002), cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover) 75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm M.S. rod, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and fixing of composite Fibreglass reinforced polymer Grating of size 1000mm (Length) x 155mm (Height) x 30mm thick for vertical application. The grating should have zero filter content and should be non-painted, but self pigmented. The filter content tested as per ISO 3451, the slot opening should be 30mmx30mm with an average wall thickness of 8mm as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit With Rain Water Harvesting Structure of inner size 600 X 600 x 600 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under walls 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth, with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 10.60 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame Clear opening of size 600 x 600mm of class C-250 (Heavy Duty 25MT) - completing the finishing work etc., cost per each number. Using Hand Bore Set drilling of bore hole of 300mm dia upto 4.35m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another place within 5 km and filling in with 40mm HBG metal with 200mmdia pvc pipe 6kg/cm2

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit of inner size 450 X 450 X 450 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under wall 150mm thick and cutting he existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 9.25 kg ncluding fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame clear opening 450 x 450mm -25 MT -completing the finishing work etc.

Refilling with excavated earth in regular layers of 15cm thickeach including carefully ramming watering consolidating etc. complete for foundation and basement.

Carting away the surplus earth/debris to a lead of 12km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during execution

Supplying of 160mm dia PVC pipe with ISI Monogram (working pressure 6kg/cm2)

Supplying & Jointing 20mm dia PVC pipe, including cutting threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding etc. complete..

Providing Iron Barricading of size 2m width and 1 m height with 40mm dia MS Tubular pipe for vertical supports on both sides and three lines of barricading with 25mm size MS tubular pipe and 2 x 1m M.S. Sheet with name board of size 0.60 x 0.45 m size M.S.sheet (20 gauge) including Cutting, Welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality with fixing of indication with reflecting stickers and necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units and placing the barricading units as directed at the site for a period of 28 days. The M.S. Sheet barricading is a temproray barricading and can be removed and reused after the completion of work in a particular stretch.

Hire charges for Dewatering - Diesel Pumpset above 3HP to 7.5 HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation

Towards the hire charges for providing temporary approach platforms to the residences near execution site including the cost of fabrication,placing properly across the drains ,removing the same after the work is complete etc as directed by the Project Manager or his representative. The approach platform will be made of 2.40mx1.20m - 6mm MS sheet fabricated with 75mmx40mm MS Channel-2.0m at bottom on all sides of sheets length wise and 50mmx6mm MS flats of 0.70m length at 500 mm centre to centre in tranverse direction including fixing MS flat drilled on corners of channel suitable for joining the next sheet with bolts and nuts including cost of materials,fabrication charges etc complete

Dismantling RCC Slab(reinforcement is being corroded) from Strom Water Drain - Steel is declared unfit for reuse

Dismantling the existing brick or stone masonry work in cement mortar under 3m high including carefully clearing the debris etc.,complete.

Desilting of Storm Water Drain

Providing as Built Drawing in Auto Cad format and GIS format

Supply and laying of RCC NP4 pipes 900 mm dia

Brick work in second class bricks (9"x4 3/8" x 2 3/4") in C.M.1:4 ( 1 cement and 4 M-sand) including curing,etc., complete for 23cm thick walls

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement and 4 p-sand)12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

Topographic survey of 10% of length for verification and confirmation of levels and alignment using total station survey

Ambient Air Quality -Monitoring - For parameters - PM-2.5 & PM-10,So2,NO2,CO

Ambient Noise Quality Monitoring - To identify sources of noise ,Noise due to traffic/transportation of vehicles ,Noise due to heavy equipment operations,Duration and variations in noise over time etc the equivalent noise levels shall be monitored.

Surface Water Quality - pH,Turbidity,Total Hardness

Ground Water Quality - pH,Turbidity,Total Hardness

Soil Quality - pH,Elect Conductivity (at 250C),Moisture (at 1050 C)

Sprinkling of Water for Dust Suppression during excavation

Providing of Rain Water Harvesting strcuture using precast well ring size 1200 (inner dia) x 4500mm (Height) (300mm x 15Nos) x 80mm (thick) using 1:1.5:3 concrete necessary earth work excavation providing PCC 1:5:10 and RCC cover slab of 1680mm dia 180mm thick . Providing bore hole of size 300mm dia using hand bore set upto 8.50m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another plac with in 5km, erecting 200mm dia slotted PVC pipe (6kg/cm2) with cowl, filling with 20mm HBG metal out side peripheral of the pipe including cost, conveyance, cleaning the site and finishing etc., complete.

Bill 3: provisional lump sum amount for shifting charges of utilities and tree plantation - bidder need not quote for this item of work.
