Taking down / Dismantling of the existing VRV system completely comprising of all indoor cassettee units, all outdoor units, complete pipe lines including all connected items like old copper piping, cabling & drain pipe etc. removing from site and depositing in MES store yard and making good the surface all as specified and directed. Note: There will be no seperate charges for removal of any electrical fittings and fixures during dismentling and their proper installation in working condition at the same place after completion of the work. The cost of removal/ replacement and re-installation will be included in the charges for this item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled outdoor units suitable for Cooling & Heating both, having all hermetically sealed inverter type multiple scroll compressors, minimum two compressors, microprocessor based controller, top discharge type condensing units complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired and wireless/wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller,interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A) & oil, vibration isolators with suitable foundation, internal control cabling and fittings complete as required and Outdoor unit connecting kit etc as per details given inspecifications and having following items. The outdoor units shall be suitable for 3 phase, 415V+10%, 50Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 52°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. Charges for Loading, unloading & shiftting of all outdoor units to Terrace is included in this item.

Outdoor Units Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient scroll compressors (OEM manufactured) fully inverter controlled i.e. change its speed in accordance to the variation in cooling loads , special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fans with extrenal static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more then 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation, auto address setting, auto check function for connection error and complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller and with fittings etc. The compressor and VRV/VRF Outdoor make should be same. For enhanced energy savings the COP of each refrigerant circuit system mentioned below shall be 7.50 minimum at 50% load, at AHRI Condition in cooling mode. The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature between 6 deg C to 11 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency. (Unit shall deliver atleast 87% of mentioned nominal capacity @ 43 Deg C). The Unit should have free phase technology so that unit can work in case of phase reversal also without tripping of units. The units shall be suitable to operate upto 52 Deg C ambient conditions. The cost should including the first charge of refrigerant, loading, unloading, shifting of outdoor at terrace, MS stand for outdoor units of suitable size duly painted with corrosion resistant paint suitable for outdoor application.All the units shall be provided with built in microprocessor or control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control, which should be air cool. Machines shall be suitable for working with BMS system. It is mandatory that each compressor shall have inverter technology separately i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor. Following capacities of ODUs are at standard operating condition as defined above and Vendor to indicate COP at 100% load & at part loads i.e.75% & 50% in the data sheets/ shop drawings: Note: INSIDE DESIGN CONDITION (Min temperature 18.0 Deg C and maximum temperature 22.0 Deg C, RH should be 50 % +/- 10 %.

DGT (Gas Tight Joint) JOINTS for outdoor units

Design, manufacturing, supply, installation , testing & commiissioning of following air cooling & Heating both by variable refrigerant volume modular type indoor units comprising of EEV & all accessories as per the specifications. The indoor units shall be suitable to work on cooling/heating mode having four directional air flow DX split type Indoor Air Conditioning Units of following capacity suitable for mounting inside false ceiling, each comprising of cooling coil,blower with multi speed motor, electronic expansion valve, supply & return air grilles,filter, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, provision for fresh air intake ducting, condensate water drain pump with electronic level sensor, including wireless remote controller etc. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ±6% volts, 50Hz, 1 phase AC power supply. Ductable indoor units shall be suitable to handle extent of ductwork and dehumidified air quantity and the indoor units shall be of following capacities. All Indoor Units shall have inbuilt Drain Pumps. All the indoor units shall be compatible to work with VRV / VRF type condensing unit.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of isolator box (IP-66) with three pole 40 amp MCB of near each ODU unit and should be sealed so as to it can sustain in the rainy season without any wear and tear all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(ii) This item also include all the new items required to replace the broken one and this should be done as per direction of Engr-in-charge and also upto satisfaction level of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for civil works opening or finishing of walls with paint, plaster & putty etc for crossing the copper & drain pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- (i) This item includes all the materials like paint, putty and all other items. (ii) This item also include all the new items required to replace the broken one and this should be done as per direction of Engr-in-charge and also upto satisfaction level of Engr-in-charge.
