Supply of Branded Floor standing (Tower/vertical) type air cooled Non-inverter split air conditioner comprising of compressor with eco-friendly R-32/R-410A Refrigerant, DX type compact cooling coil, Thermostatic/ electronic Expansion, Air-cooled copper coil Condensor, dynamically balanced blowers, provision for synthetic washable media filter including insulation and suitable for operation on 415VAC/50Hz/3Ph supply & including Wireless Remote Control. All these items shall be enclosed in suitable Cabinet of the Following Capacity. Preferable Brands: Blue star, Voltas, Carrier, Lloyd, Hitachi.

4.0 TR- Floor standing type Air conditioner

Installation of IDU and ODU at desired places, making the suitable size holes in the brick/stone wall and placing ISI marked suitable size PVC sleeves in holes. Proper refrigerant pipes and electrical/communication cables connections between Indoor and Outdoor units are to be required. Proper evacuation and leak detection are needed before testing. Testing to be carried out for all specified parameters of 4.0 TR Floor standing type air conditioners as required.(Refer the point 12 of special terms and conditions)

2.0 TR- Floor standing type Air conditioner.

Supply of Three star BEE Rating Non-Inverter type High wall Split Air conditioner comprising of compressor with eco-friendly R-32/R-410A Refrigerant, DX type compact cooling coil, Thermostatic/ electronic Expansion, Air-cooled copper coil Condensor, dynamically balanced blowers, provision for synthetic washable media filter including insulation and suitable for operation on 230VAC/50Hz/1Ph supply & including Wireless Remote Control. All these items shall be enclosed in suitable Cabinet of the Following Capacity. Note:- 03meter length copper pipes with insulation and suitable size electrical cable must be supplied along with Split ACs unit. These items cost is included in AC units cost. Preferable Brands: Blue star, Voltas, Carrier, Lloyd, Hitachi.

2.0 TR- High wall Split Air conditioner

Installation of IDU and ODU at desired places, making the suitable size holes in the bricks/stones wall and placing ISI marked suitable size PVC sleeves in holes. Proper refrigerant pipes and electrical/communication cables connections between Indoor and Outdoor units are to be required. Proper evacuation and leak detection are needed before testing. Testing to be carried out for all specified parameters of 2.0 TR High wall Split air conditioners are required as required. (Refer the point 12 of special terms and conditions)

Supply and fixing of following sizes of seamless refrigerant pipe made out of hard drawn copper including accessories, jointing/brazing etc. duly insulated with nitrile tubular rubber sections to prevent condensation with suitable size clamp/MS hanger supports etc. complete as required .Long Bend to be used to avoid Pressure drops. ( Between Indoor & Outdoor Units ) Preferable Brands: Mandev/ yorkshire/ Totaline /vaishali/ Maxflow

Supply and fixing following sizes of heavy duty rigid UPVC piping(for drain) on wall complete with fittings, and suitable clamps/supports etc. The joints shall be properly sealed with rubber based adhesive to ensure proper bonding. Drain pipe connections to the indoor units etc., as required. The rate shall include UPVC Coupler, reducer, socket, bend, Tee as required as per the site to connect with the Drain Hopper of IDUs.
