Material and labour for 150mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite/trap/basalt) interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (granite/basalt/trap) 63mm to 40mm size, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etcand applying evenly a primer/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed hot mix Asphaltic semi dense concrete carpet using 5.5% of binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix including rolling with power road roller and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Laying shall be done by means of self propelled mechanical paver, finishing with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

Material and labour for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. not exceeding 15cm wide on bituminous surfaces, with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification, not less than 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick of white/ golden/ yellow as approved colour/ shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate is included for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from wet paint, cleaning road surfaces and working during odd hours when traffic is light.

Material and labour for sand stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 300mm x 200mm and 10cm thick, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in any type of soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick moorum/red bajri filling as floor, berm etc laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick spread, levelled icluding watering and rolled complete all as specified and directed.
