Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of microprocessor controlled VVV frequency drive electric driven passenger lift of 884 kg carrying 13 passengers ARD facility from ground plus five/six floors consisting of examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing the parts. Location Med Division(G+1) Note item 1 to 33: The contractor shall got inspected all lifts by lift inspector nominated by the Chief Electrical inspectorate of Karnataka state and shall obtain worthiness certificate once in the currency of the contract period, but not later than four months from the date of commencement of the work. The cost of inspection shall be deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate of the item by the contractor against item No 1 to 33.

Supply only central processing panel suitable for existing passenger lift of any make or capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : KONE/JOHNSON or equivalent.

Supply only V3F door drive suitable for existing passenger lift of any make or capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : KONE/JOHNSON or equivalent.

Supply only V3F main drive with acceleration ,deacceleration ,overload autocontrol system, suitable for 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed . Make : INVT or equivalent.

Supply only travelling cable connects the elevator car to the controller suitable for the existing passenger lift of any make or capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling the old Hoistway wiring and replace the complete set of old wiring with new cables of copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only encoder with cable suitable for the existing passenger lift of any make or capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Battery 12 Volts 7 AH for ARD System all as specified and directed (Make : Exide /Amaron or equivalent )

S & F ARD system in case of mains power failure and Lift control system failure, the Lift’s own rechargeable and maintenance free battery power shall move the car to the nearest floor and the door shall open automatically for automatic rescue of passengers. A battery run-down indicator shall be provided complete with Battery 12volts and battery charger and make the system functional all as specified and directed.
