Taking down electric motor of capacity 40 to 75 HP by disconnecting elect connection and removing from star/tyre coupler, nuts, bolts, washers for repairing /replacement of unserviceable parts including transportation to workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above, but motor of cap 15-30 HP

Taking down split casing pumping set of capacity 40 to 75 HP cast iron body by disconnecting from star/tyre coupler, suction/delivery lines, nuts, bolts, washer etc for repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including transportation to the workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing, material & labour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above, but pump of capacity 15-30 HP

Opening the electric induction motor and taking out the unsv winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating material of capacity 40 to 75 HP and testing, material & labour complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Motor pump - Grey colour (b) Coupling guard and motor air grill red colour (c) Common base frame - black (d) Suction line & delivery line - blue colour with arrow marks (in side pump house) (e) Writing SM/MES No 25mm vide in white colour on motor & pump.

All as per item No. 34 above but of capacity 20/10/5/3 HP.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable shaft sleeves of MS for 60 HP capacity pump sets, complete all as directed.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable shaft sleeves of MS for 40 HP capacity pump sets, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Battery 12 V 180 AH model No XP 1800 of Exide or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs electronic timer ST 100 3 -30 Sec, sample as approved by GE.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable CI impeller as per existing suitable for 60/75 HP capacity pump sets, complete all as directed.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable CI impeller as per existing suitable for 30 HP capacity pump sets, complete all as directed.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable CI impeller as per existing suitable for 20 HP capacity pump sets, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, hardstanding etc, finishing even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde E 250 type B) Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) including welding, making holes for fixing bolts, painting etc, complete all as specified and directed.
