Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm each and depth exc. 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (of grading as specified) type of stone granite/trap /basalt and including screening with moorum, watered, consolidated and compacted each layer seperately to the required grdient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber and all as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a tack coat of Catonic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS ; 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 , using mechanical sparyar after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with using paving bitumen VG-30, as 4 % of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a tack coat of Catonic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS ; 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 , using mechanical sparyar after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm (30 mm thick as per zonal specification ) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid / spread uniformly by means of pavers over primed black top surfaces, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Filling of any pot holes (coming in the area to be re-carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, with using paving bitumen VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L moorum /red bajri filling in floors or paving laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread leveled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing bituminuos surface of road and making 2.5mm thick center line, stop lines, dashes, arroows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet , face to be fully covered with high intensity enacapsulated lens type retro refective sheeting as approved by Engineer in charge . Letter , symbols ,borders etc willbe as per IRC -67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A . The aluminium sheet to be rivted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm . the boards will be fixed to 1 no .50x50 mm squre post made of MS angle 50x50x4 mm ,4 m long Welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangment . Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Eng in chrage .

S & F for Stainless steel boards of high intensity reflect i.e. single side, sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 3mm thick POP inverted to stainless rectangular pipe of size 50x25mm frame of size 900x1200mm, frame supported with S/s bolts over 60mm round 3 mtr long stainless steel pipe of 16 gauge with stainless bonded clamps. All stainless steel parts should be polished. M/L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc.complete all as specified and direted,

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with aproved colour, design & Pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic arking etc. of required strenght, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibrating method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints excet at sharp curve shall not more than 5 mm ), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
