Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 cement concrete (1 cement :5 Coarse sand :10 stone agg. 40 mm size)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.All work upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :6.2 Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shadecomplete.(Ambani, kajaria, jaquar,somany)

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated local wood

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (three or more coats)@1.67 ltr/10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over & under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand & manufacturer

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wallscomplete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) sqm 462.30

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per directionof Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.(external exp on wall work) 15mm dia nominal bore. ('B' class pipe)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles(Anti skid) of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
