Comprehensive maintenance of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer by isolating, disconnecting of input/output, supply cable, opening of top of voltage stabilizer, detecting of fault, u/s component in control panel /dimmer stat /PCB etc, cleaning of serviceable parts/ component, including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as directed. Note:- Cost of replacement of worn out cable for wiring shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cold shrinkable end termination cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core X 95 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11000 volts (E) grade complete all as specified and as directed. (Make / Model - Birla 3 M Ltd, Raychem RPG) Note for Item Nos. 5.00 to 6.00:- Cost of cutting of existing end termination joint shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Taking out of VCB trolley from HT Control Panel 11 kV, 3 phase, 630 Amp, 18.4 kA (Make CG) and cleaning the trolley with CRC removing all dust, carbon etc greasing the mechanical parts, gears lever charging, male female contact and spring holder & material and labour for calibration of IDMT numerical relay as per existing load for earth fault, over current, short circuit including setting the relay on required electric load and testing on earth fault, short circuit and over load with the help of relay testing kit including replacement of all fuses with existing rating complete all as directed.

M&L for maintain earthing pit complete with copper earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically not less than 4m below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 3.25 m below the normal ground level by filling surrounding all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and replacing copper earth strip 20X 3 mm means of copper iron bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by galvanised pipe 40mm dia bore light grade with all fittings from top edge of earth plate to body of equipments fixed with and including mild steel clamp made out of FI 32x6mm and also including provision of GI pipe 20mm dia bore light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-1, funnel including 40mm thick RCC slab cover and testing to get required result on completion of maintenance complete all as directed.

Taking down and dismantling HPSV street light fitting for 70/150/250 watt capacity of any make/type from pole/GI pipe unserviceable items to be kept in safe custody and taken as credit complete all as directed.

Taking down of worn out PVC insulated copper cable 1.5 sqmm from street light fitting to junction box including conduit pipe complete all as directed.
