Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor to vth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.4.1.(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR NO. 5.1.3 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interrior plastering includign arises, interior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. 1:4 cement coarse mortar. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different size (thickness) to be spefifed by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08& and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complter size of Tiles 600x600 mm as per DSR No. 11.41.2 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre DSR NO. 13.41.1 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)DSR No. 13.47.1 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces Two coats DSR No. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply and fixing galvanized mosquitos proof heavy quality iron wire gauge or expended metal heavy quality over windows and including supply of C.P. Teakwood batten 8cmX1cm (3"X3/8")/flat iron 25mmX4mm and including supply of necessary screws all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. DSR 9.7.8 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)
