CIVIL WORK - HSR ITEMS :-

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. (HSR 6.6) Note :- 98% SPD of the bottom surface will acheived. This compaction is incidental to work. 2. Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto distance of outside the periphery of the area cleared is incidental to this item and nothing extra will be payable on clearing grass and removal of rubbish.

The rate cover the cost of M.S steel for R.C.C slab Labour for fixing and carriage of C.I manhole frame and cover and malleable iron steps from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge of the works to the site of works. The rate also includes the cost of accurately planned and fitted centring, supports for all works as well as for all curves and special work, cleaning out their beds etc. Sodium silicate shall be supplied free of cost at the stores of Engineer- in-charge.
