(SH-I from Sl. No. 1-16) Providing Annual Maintenance Services of internal and external Electrical & Mechanical installations of A&B block, Pump house, sub-station block, car parking, approach road, other ancillary building etc. covering the scope of repairs and maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns, rectifications, ensuring servicibility/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, attending the complaints and follow up, preventive maintennace on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis. Job also includes to provide the services for collecting spares from AAI stores for attending the complaints and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as mentioned in special conditions of contract .The contractor shall ensure to provide maintenance services with adequate man power for the work as per special conditions and annexure - A of the Special Conditions of the contract as required at site and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Refer clause no 14 a, b & c at SCC Page No. 06 and 07 and Annexure - A at Page SCC-14 also for quoting the rate )

Providing Annual maintenance service facility of the 6 nos. passenger lifts which includes day to day checking of lifts as per OEM guidelines for healthiness of electrical & mechanical system & parameters including all safeties, cleanliness of the lift car including shaft, pit and machine room, maintaining of relevent records as per OEM guidelines and log books by providing the adequate manpower in shift as per special conditions of the contract etc as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Refer clause no 14 a, b, & c at SCC Page No. 06 and 07 and Annexure - A at Page SCC-14 also for quoting the Rate )

Re-painting of L.T. panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in one or more coat with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as required at site and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangment for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). (The dismantled material will be taken by the contractor).

Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi on the occasion of Independence day after prior approval of competent authority as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of LED bulb ladi / LED ladi lighting in different color (i.e. white, orange, green & yellow etc.) including insulated wire, cables, connectors & other accessories etc. as required on hiring basis for 3 days at A and B Block , IN and OUT gate area, CAP office of R.G. Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi on the occasion of Independence day after prior approval of competent authority as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
