Note - Rate quoted below all items of this schedule inclusive provision as under making arrangement for establishment of centralized complaint centre in the existing building as under :- (a) Contractor shall be given user id and password for accessing the online complaint portal and contractor shall at his own expense by himself or his representative feed the data in r/o complaints so generated. (b) Manually registered complaints shall be obtained everyday from MES complaint cell and rectification or otherwise shall be intimated to JE in charge of the cell for updation of manual registers. (c ) Provision and maintenance of all tools, plants, equipment and safely gear required for tradesmen under this contract (d) Provision of communication and conveyance (as required) facilities to supervisor and tradesmen. (e) Monitoring and management of complaints report from generation to execution of complaint including pending complaints. (f) Updating status of lodged complaints on a daily basis. (g) Basic inputs to be noted from the complainants will be locality, Building No, Qtr No, Name and Rank of complaint and exact nature of complaint and mobile No/ telephone (j) On lodging the complaint, the Complaint No will be assigned for reference . Also system should indicate an approximate time for repairs. Accordingly a corresponding complaint slip shall be generated by the system with all relevant info. Complaint slip should be printed in triplicate and to be handed over immediately to Supervisor who shall detail appropriate tradesmen for repair with required materials/store. One copy of complaint shall be retained in complaint centre and two copies with tradesmen.

Material and labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia,upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by theEngr-in-charge in RC structural element including Cleaning of the holes by air blower and Inserting 12mm dia.Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensurec omplete sealing and allow to cure the system for min 08hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if anyover concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete. Note:Epoxy putty cost are included. Drilling of hole shall be done by authorized applicator and the work shall be executed in the presence of company representative.

Material and labour for Grouting Injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermosett polymer Monopol 250 H by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, Including Mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per mfg instruction by weigh batching Filling the grouting gun with monopol 250 H and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4kg/Cm2) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal.Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal.Note: leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

Material and labour for Providing water proofing treatment to Sunken floors all as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tape Crete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty or epoxy mortar. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tape Crete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious flexible composite coating and two parts of cement by weight.
