PART-1 OUTSOURCING SERVICES Out sourcing of services and routine maintenance of JCB Sub Stn at M’House area three shift round the clock (24 Hrs) per day (each shift of 8hrs) (1st shift from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, 2nd shift from 1400hrs to 2200hrs & 3rd shift from 2200hrs to 0600hrs) in all working days including Sunday & Holiday by deploying one skilled operator cum mechanic per shift per day complete all as specified.& directed. The installation mainly comprises of the following :- (a) HT incoming VCB 11 KV 630 Amps, 50 Hz, 3 Phase complete – 01 No, Make:- CG (b) Transformer step down Capacity 1250 KVA, 11 KV/415 V, 3 Phase with HT bushing on one side and bus bar trunking on other side Make – Kirloskar Power Equipment – 01 No. (c) LT Cubical Panel floor mounting consisting of the following :- (i) ACB 2000 Amps – 01 No, Make:-Krypton. (ii) Bus Coupler (ACB) 1600 Amps – 01 No. Make:- Krypton (iii) MCCB 800 Amps – 01 No, Make:- CG. (iv) MCCB 630 Amps – 02 No, Make:- CG. (v) MCCB 100 Amps – 02 No, Make:- CG. (vi) MCCB 32 Amps – 01 No, Make:- L&T. (vii) MCCB 32 Amps – 02 No, Make:- CG. (d) Isolator Panels with 800 amps ACB, Make:- L&T (e) Earthing complete for transformer, HT Panels & LT Panels. (f) Capacitor Bank Panel 160 KVAR – 01 No. ( Make:- Adlec) (g) DG Set 750 KVA(JCB) with AMF, LT Panel, earthing and batteries complete (i) Prime mover Diesel Engine 750 KVA (ii) Alternator. (iii) AMF Panel with connetced all MCCBs, Change over switches etc. Note:- (a) Diesel oil and engine oil will be supplied by department free of cost for running of DG set. The contractor is responsible to collect/transport the same from MES MT store yard at GE(I) Office to requisite installation and topping up the same in DG sets. (b) The defect shall be rectified within 24 hrs by the contractor.

Out sourcing of services for Central AC Plant of capacity 3x210 TR AC plant Model No YVAA0263 Make : YORK by JOHNSON CONTROLS of Air Cooled Screw Chiller type to be operated in one shift of 08 hours per day 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs in all working days including Sunday & Holidays by deploying one skilled operator cum mechanic per shift per day complete all as specified and as directed .The installation mainly comprises of the following :- (a) AHU unit – 09 Nos, Make:- YORK by JOHNSON (b) Compressor :- 03 Nos of semi-hermatic Screw type compressor of YORK make (c) Chilled water pump :- 03 Nos of Chilled water pumps handing over end suction Top discharge with Mechanical set of capacity 507US GPM (d) Condenser – shell and tube type condenser pump set -03 Nos 20 HP hot water generator make rapid coil -915KW installed at JCB at Metcalfe House Delhi to maintain inside ambient temperature condition during running period by cooling or heating.

Outsourcing of services for DG Set 125 KVA Make- JAKSON LIMITED at MHSU(I) ) to be operated in Two shift per day (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Ist Shift and 1400 hrs to 2200hrs IInd Shift ) in all working days including Sunday & Holidays by deploying one skilled operator cum mechanic per shift per day complete all as specified and as directed. The installation mainly comprises Lt Panel, AMF Panel, Batteries, and earthings etc NOTE :- Diesel oil and engine oil will be supplied by department free of cost for running of DG set. The contractor is responsible to collect/transport the same from MES MT store yard at GE Office to requisite installation and topping up the same in DG sets.

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. (vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, serviceability register of lifts and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made.

(viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) Cleaning of complete lift, machine room of lift, greasing, tightening of nuts , bolts will be carried out by the operator employed by the contractor. (x) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (xi) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xii) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor. (xiii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiv) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of lifts for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xvi) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvii) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.

PART-II : REPAIR/MAINT WORK S&F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 400 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs end termination jointing kit indoor type 11 KV, heat shrinkable of size 120 to 185 sqmm including thimbling, nut/bolts & washers, HV insulating tape etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any postion and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 11 KV current transfomrer having ration of 200+150\5+5 A having protection core class 5P 10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15VA breaking caP of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Greaves/Alsthom/L&T.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting/ Taking out old unserviceable cable & Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300sq mm 3.0 core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width complete all as specified & directed
