Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and in any height not otherwise specifically provided, etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or Cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone masonry / concrete surfaces of wall / ceiling incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and deposited the debris outside the MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar at any height with necessary scafoldings in RCC walls/soffits of slabs, Columns, beams etc and similar structure members up to depth of 20mm to 40mm cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces all as per manufacturers instruction, Over prepared surfaces provide 20 mm thick High build polymer modified cement sand mortar ( 1:2.5 ) mixed with 10 liters (minimum) Nitobond SBR per 50 kilogram of cement of M/s FOSROC chemical (India) Pvt Ltd or Equivalent product of manufacturer all as per manufacturers instruction including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces with 3mm average thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including leveling the surface which undulation found with cement putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over treated surfaces.
