Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 313 LPM against a head of 82 mtr (10 BHP) along with including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 65mm=60 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable 4mm2 = 100 mtr. (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Repair of Pump Chamber

White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber as per CSR item no. 8.31 (a)

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc. (as per CSR item no. 8.31 (a)

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on old work in two coats to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work With special quality paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:4.

12.5mm thick plaster in 1:4 under side of ceiling.

Congolmerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 for plinth protection & P.C.

Providing and fixing of ceiling fan of reputed make such as Crompton or equivalent.

Providing and fixing of electric tube set of reputed make.

Repair of Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled.

Repair of Supply & fixing of pressed steel frames (chowkats) consisting of 18 gauge (1.25mm thick steel sheet of specified section standard design latest) including iron lugs (hold fasts) for iron hings conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock, netch bolts, hydraulic spring and finished with one priming coat of approved quality fixed in position including cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame and cement concrete for 1:2:4 for lugs complete.

Repair of OHSR

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Repair of Expansion Joint. Size 100 mm i/d complete in all respects.

Repair of Expansion Joint. Size 80 mm i/d complete in all respects.

Repair of Tank wall including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall & inside earth filling with lead 5 kms. complete in all respect as per drawing D-9 & Analysis of Rates A-10-1 to A-10-6 complete in all respects.

OHSR-50000 ltr Capacity outer dia of toe wall = 6.85 m

Providing and fixing OHSR Railing complete in all respects.

P/F OHSR Angles complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Repair of Water Works

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7.

Repair of Brick masonry corner Pillar Including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair of Brick masonry main Gate Pillar Including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair of Cement Concrete, Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-10.

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects..

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Component -3

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.

Dismantling of cement concrete 80mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 over 100mm thick C.C. 1:8:16 and making good the same to its original condition complete in all respects as per analysis A-25
