Cutting, demolishing of old RCC Over Head Water Tank lying inside shaft of departure terminal building by engaging approved demolishing agency having previous experience in similar nature of works. RCC slab / RCC wall / RCC column members shall be cut into pieces of required size 0.30x0.30, 0.30x0.60 and 0.60x0.91 OR approved size by using wall saw cutter (Diamond wire saw rope) machine of approved make including safely lowering the cut pieces / blocks to ground level using chain pully / suitable similar arrangement including necessary anchoring/staging. Demolished / cut RCC blocks shall be taken outside from shaft / terminal building & stacking at designated place (minimum 100M far from terminal building) and safely transport from airport premises to approved local dump yards including necessary arrangement of loading & transportation charges etc complete as per the directions of EIC. All the debris generated (at inside shaft & outside stacking area) during demolishing & stacking shall cleared by agency on own expenses. Cost of work shall include all charges for deploying necessary machinery, skilled man power (including necessary insurance & safety measures), shifting of material & transport to dump yard & including cost adjustment for reinforcement bars generated from demolished concrete member (Approximate 2.5 to 3 Mt of reinforcement may be present in RCC structure). Work shall be carried inside terminal building during night 11 PM upto 6 AM without causing hindrance to passenger movement & operations.
Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. using in layers with approved grade and mix of micro concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with Renderoc RG or equvalent self levelling micro concrete, cement and silt free graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] as directed by Engineerin- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Rates shall not include Rendroc RG or Equivalent Micro Conrete, cement, centering and shuttering. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument.
