Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and to the full depth as may be directed except hard rock not requiring blasting inclusive or shoring, shuttering and bailing of water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and compacted deposition the surplus earth in places shown by Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and lift of 2 meters and lift of 2 meters and clearing leveling the site etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Shuttering for sides and soffits and drain side and other flat surfaces below 3M height including strutting and strutting arrangements as per standard specification and removing the same after the specified period and including cost and conveyance of all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm size ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement four sand) mix 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.
