First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc two or more coats to give an even shade

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shade on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface

providing and laying anti skid ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.
