Demolition of stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. and removing of demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for angles, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials obtained from demolition including loading unloading & staking at destination to a distance exceeding 05 km outside MD land and depositing where directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan andd n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disnt rocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 6 to 10mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and spirally binding, with mild steel wire not less than 0.09mm dia or securing with clips as in Stirrups, binders, rings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with (Design Mix) M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of and plinth beams complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, structs, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectangular or polygonal rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 25mm thick Pre formed filler for expansion joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,lintels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 ,type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exc.100mm thick and built in CM(1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 05 Km out side MD land and deposting where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of wall primer as on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts, includig securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F razor type concertina fencing coil 9 SWG hot galvanisedspring tensile wire 145 to 150 newton per sqm mm zinc coating 250-300 gram per sqm dia of coil when unstreched 610 mm, minimum number of coils 10 per running meter after laying hot dip galvanised razor ribbon type of size 0.50 mm thick 19 mmwide before wrapping o central core wire fixed with 1.66 mm thick gi clips 25 nos per running meter and special nut bolts hold Z coils together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild framed works such as angles, tees , channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills , gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any desccription exc. 10cm width or girth incl. preparation and one coat of red oxide on surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m and not exc 1.50m in depth for foundation and getting out in Hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping and similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 ,type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exc.100mm thick and built in CM(1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in channel and drains finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 13674.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
