Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cm. thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation and mass concrete where required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast ce- ment concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), landings, cover slabs, shelves etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with max depression 20 mm as specified, of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1(using 20mm graded agg) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder filling hand packed tightly (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc, and raising (or lowering) to the required level compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary surfaces, chajja and suspended work finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) brought upto courses built in CM complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia of bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, chajja and suspended work finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base in floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surfaces channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 grade, E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS zink coated 60gm/sqm as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh size and 3mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.20mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt 5 to 10 cm long and dia of neck not exc 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riv-eted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/Disinfecting of PVC/ Cemented water storage tank any capacity with disinfecting chemicals (Chlorine) properly with water thoroughly flushed out, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with chemical resistant coating if size 300x300x 25mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filing under floor incl spreading and levelling in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The sample shall be got approved by GE before bulk procurement & lot shall be got tested independently by the GE.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The sample shall be got approved by GE before bulk procurement & lot shall be got tested independently by the GE.
