Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture As Per DAR 13.102.1

Supply and fixing of M.S. iron railing 1.2 mtr high of approved design having vertical M.S. iron pipe, 14 Gauge of outer dia 41mm molded at rop at the inner dia 200mm connected together with M.S. pipe, 14 gauge of outer dia 25mm at three palces 40mm long and at the clear distance from bottom 125mm filled also with 25mm outer dia pipe continuously total height of railing legs 970mm except outer legs which embedded minimum 125mm in the base with 1:2:4 C.C. of size 230x230x230 mm hole in base . The railing have also two plates of size 230x230 mm squire and circular 14 gauge plane sheet, squire plate weld double on legs and circular plate in between semi circular head as per attaced drawing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, and as per direction of E/I.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) AS PER sor 6.4.1

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repair of Footpaths and Separators Construction of footpath/separator by providing a 150 mm compacted granular sub base as per clause 401 and 25 mm thick cement concrete grade M15, over laid with pre-cast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel..
