Supply of LED Street Light Fitting with Wattage of 45 W with High Power LEDs having minimum Luminous Level of 4950 lumens with 50000 burning hours suitable to operate on 240V, 50Hz, with luminaries housing of pressure Die-Cast Aluminium Alloy, with Toughened glass with IP 65 protection suitable for fixing on pole etc., complete as required. ( Ref Model: BRTFG 45W LED Bajaj Make or wipro or equivalent)

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, Aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-I 1985 with upto date amendments complete as required as per specifications. 4 x 25 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/DUCT/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall/ surface/cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in existing trench etc., complete as required. 50 mm OD 38 mm ID

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 25 sq.mm

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 75 cm including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter without ramming and watering.

Dismantling bituminous road / concrete manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.

SITC of Outdoor Feeder Pillar Double Door weather proof Cubical Panel of suitable size fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited dust and vermin proof and powder coated complete with rubbers gasket, door, removable gland plated for cable entry, earthing and to accommodate the following accessories mentioned below etc as required. (i/c cement concrete foundations) Incoming 63 Amps, 25 KA 415V, 50Hz 4 Pole MCCB breaking capacity, thermal magnetic release Ics = 100%Icu, spreader bars, with rotary handle and LED indication for each phase -1 No. 1. Supply of weather proof and water proof Cable junction box made of Thermoplastic/sheet steel having IP66 protection of minimum size 200mm X 160mm X 98mm for Street Light having 8 Way Terminal Block with 1 no. 6 Amps MCB provision for Gland etc complete as required as per approved makes.( Model: K8250 of Hensel make equivalent)

Supply of Wall Bracket with Medium Class 40 mm dia GI pipe (0.6 Mtr Length of Straight piece + with 0.3 Mtr bend portion at an angle of 105 deg) including suitable reducer for installation of LED Light Fixture of 45 W etc as required.

Installation of Wall Bracket and Cable junction Boxes including termination of the 4 x 25 sq.mm cable in the junction box, on the Compound Wall / perimeter wall with suitable size clamp made up of GI Flat for the Wall Bracket and required fastners for fixing of junction box ,. Complete as required.

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 45W LED Type Street Light Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts on making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.75 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
