MAINT/ REPAIR OF SUMMER APPLIANCES UNDER GE (N) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully defective/unserviceable ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, single phase, any make/model from site as directed and deposit at AGE E/M Store yard, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The tool and plants / Vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Material and labour for collecting unserviceable ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, single phase, any make/model from E/M store yard of GE(N) Bathinda, Dismantling the ceiling fan and thoroughly cleaning the core and all other components of the fan, replacement of rusted /unserviceable nuts, bolts, machine screws etc. including oiling/greasing and replacement of defective / unserviceable parts/spares i.e. ball bearing, gun metal bush as required, including any kind of repair work in shaft, reassembling the fan as per original and testing the fan on-load for two hours and depositing the complete repaired fan to E/M store yard of GE(N) Bathinda, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ceiling fan 1200 mm, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1 sq. mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, copper conductor, twin core cable etc. as required. Refixing of electric connection and fixing of serviceable ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, single phase, any make/model to the site As directed from AGE E/M Store yard, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
