Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.5 metre span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for gunniting RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc. by removing/dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy paint, anti-corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mmx75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facias/drops and similar works etc. and epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface (as per manufacturers instructions) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying 25mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two parts of sand/stone dust (best locally available) using ordinary portland cement of 43 grade over wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC for damp proofing course to horizontal/ vertical surface including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately

STONE MASONRY WORK

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK/FORMWORK

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for flat rough finished concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab etc. not exceeding 200 mm thick for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to landing, chajjas and similar items including edges for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

JOINERY WORK

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed, pannelled shutter (Two panels) rail and style with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/scaled to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

BUILDERS HARDWARE WORK

Supply and fixing MS barrel tower bolt, stove enamelled black 150 mm long with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 16 mm dia with and inculding a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel 100 mm long with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 125 mm long mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing curtain rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.3, universal type, aluminium (extruded section body) suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of aluminium 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5cm and not exceeding 30cm long, dia of shank 16 to 20mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia bars as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates for Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel plate girder or single stanchions, built up or one beam or channel section with flange plates consisting of ISMB or ISMB section, caps bases, splices, angle bracket, cleats and other connections welded or fixed with the screws, angle brackets cleat and other connections welded or fixed with the screws conforming to grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane, gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric exceeding 4 kg/sqm to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutter of 1.25 mm thickness of laths with ball bearing (gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle) as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel windows or ventilators fixed type with glazing bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm mild steel sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame (minimum thickness powder coating of 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including cleat etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium doors shutters, powder coating of any colour (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.) including aluminium anodised colour powder coated grill make deco grill DG-104 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 0.61x0.46m dia cost iron soil manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 6mm thick solid polycarbonate transparent sheet fixed to metal frame using aluminium beading, clips screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ROOF COVERING WORK

Supply and fixing plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges 0.63mm , hips valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and all joints to be sealed by silicone sealant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 g/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 4 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of aluminium paint for APP membrane over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and as directed.

CEILING AND LINING WORK

Material and labour for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium framework with screws and Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick prelaminatd particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHES AND PAVING WORK

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick screed in Cement Mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surafce finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, floors, paving plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (squre /rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm (450x300x7mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 and taking down cement plaster etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 over 25 mm thick cemet concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slury in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick ESD PU (Polyurethane) flooring complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:- (i) Cleaning the surafce by mechanical means to remove laitance and loose material from the surface. (ii) Widen the cracks and joints in the existing floor and filling the same with epoxy based mortar made of epoxy resin and silica in ratio of 1:7. (iii) Applying a two component epoxy based resin rich primer in ratio of 2:1 for better adhesion between base concrete and epoxy screed. (iv) Applying of three component epoxy based heavy duty self smooting screed in 3.8mm thickness consisting of resin hardener and filler components in ratio 1:3 and should be mixed at site. (v) Applying of two component based ESD primer after fixing of copper tapes in a grid manner of 3mx3m. (vi) Applying of polyurethane based ESD flooring system in thickness of 2mm.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter of any description not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with all fittings complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4.00 sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls/ concrete surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down galvanised iron water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down galvanised iron water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB'S alongwith existing board including removing the same from site and making the good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any size and type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
