Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth in soft / loose soil for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes and fittings, cables, HT / LT poles, stay assembly etc includinguding forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out ETC complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and depth exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre in soft / loose soil for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes and fittings, cables, HT / LT poles, stay assembly etc including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be executed and measured as per specification of SSR part I and punned thickness be used for measurement.

Supply and Laying jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete, all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete, all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc., complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for roviding PCC 1:3:6 type C:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc., complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in coping of poles incl taking down of old copping of the pole, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully from poles ACSR conductor, any size, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully from poles cross arms of any size including clamps nuts bolts etc omplete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully from poles LT insulators, any type, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erecting in Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 5 Nos alternate bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of radium spray/synthetic enamel paint (Red and Yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking of pole number with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 100mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

Material and Labour for crossarms in replacement , bracing, supports, clamps and brick plates, fabricated from staructural steel section including nut bolts washers including weldingbending , cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide all specified.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length, fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm, bolt, nuts washers, GI stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long, stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, Disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 on Page No 495 compelete, all as specified and directed. (Note :- Earth work, PCC work, and Insulator measured and paid separately)

Material and labour in replacement danger notice plate for HT pole of size 25 cm x 20 cm of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterious enamaled white with letter figur and conventional skull and bones "DANGER" (English, Punjabi and Hindi) in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25mm x 3mm MS flat Iron bolts nuts complete including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. complete, all as specified and directed.

Materaial and labour for precast cement concrete RCC (1:2:4 type B-1) route indicator of size 150x150x900mm with 8 mm dia steel einforcement @ 100 c/c both ways duly engraved " HT CABLE/HT JOINT /FEEDER NO " with two coats synthetic enamel paint first quality fixd with (PCC 1:3:6) below ground level of size 30x30x300mm complete ,all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the necessary cost of excavation, returning filling and removal etc.

Labour only for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete , all as specified and directed
