Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles and Demolition of lime / cement concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering without disturbing the existing RCC roof slab and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc., complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) with mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane & WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3mm thick, weight not less than 3 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric, weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be manufacturered by (i) M/S Pidilite Industries(ii) M/S Texsa India Limited (iii)IWL India Limited (c) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (usinf WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concerte (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, benching and similar work including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling under 40sqcm in section unframed work as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605 x 605mm with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.
