Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr deep hard/dense type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assembly/cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item No. 1 her in before but for each additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25m thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavaed material from site to a distance not exc 50mtr ramming in layers not exc 25mtr thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) type C-2 for foundation of pole, stay incl frame work where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling broken/damaged PCC Poles/struts any size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Erection steel tubular swaged swan neck poles 410-SP-31(09 m long) as per IS 2713-1980 complete with cast iron base plave final taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts & screws including applyng two coat of Iblack biutminous paint internally and exeternally upto planting depth and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer (external from top of coping) including writing MES Pole No with synthetic enamel paint(first grade/quality) and cutting vegettation growth all around and on the poles upto 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: - Earch work foundation concrete shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size, any type from existing pole by taking shutdown from respective feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross arms of M.s. Channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for reuse with in 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable/defective LT (Pin type, shackle type disc type) insulators of any size/type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out/down unservicebale, defective any Type/Size cable including disconnecting/dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pole box with fuse/MCB provision and suitable connector/terminal for three phase connections loop in and out 10 to 16 Sqmm 4 cor aluminium armoured cable branch out 2.5 sqmm single core copper PVC insulated cable enclosed in a thermoplastic polysterene/polycarbonate enclosure which should be shock proof safe IP 66/67 weather poof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof, flame retradant glow wire test at min750 C internally embeded gasket with provision for cable entry through IP 66/67 thermoplastic metric size glands and /or grommets enclosure size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and FR PVC Round sheathed Copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, size 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, conforing to IS 694 for connection of fitting from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv LT panel board from existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including passing GI pipe suitable size and making good both the ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised stip of size 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check, nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lighting arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earch electrode, conceret earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 20mm graded aggregate) 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50m etc all as shown on electrical including testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
