(ii) In case casing pipe (filter/ blind pipe ) found worn out due to rust , wear and tear and blockage of bore well could not be removed,development will not be carried out.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron 4mm dia wire by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI wire 4mm dia (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

S&F in replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in coduit/ pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia gavanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with 32X6 mm GI strip including dismantling old unserviceable GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dewatering, cleaning of 25000 gallons capacity reservoirs with high pressure jet incl lime wash on internal surfaces complete incl Writting the date of cleaning of water tank complete all as directed with the following process:- (i) Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pump set. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with special sludge removal pump set . (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet . (iv) Removing of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner. (v) Spraying of non toxic biodegraded eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful bacteria. (vi) Weather proof exterior emulsion paint two coats on external surfaces after removing/ scraping old painted surfaces complete.
