M & L for bringing approved earth as stipulated in 3.22.6 of SSR Part-I from outside MOD land and forming embankement including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling with tandem roller ( Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size and camber, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Payment shall be made for the solid quantity arrived after consolidation.
M & L for 150mm thick GSB (Granular Sub-Base) grade V as per TI:09/2018/Table 400-2 of MORTH Specification/ IRC Specification, spreading in two layers not exceeding 75 mm thick each, watering, ramming / rolling by tandem vibrator roller & transverse gradient and required camber for achive field compaction at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using modified procter density determination method as per IS code, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for construction of 125 mm thick cement concrete as Dry Lean Concrete base Course of compressive strength not less than 10 MPa at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 cube of individual strength of cube shall not less than 7.5 MPa at 7 days using aggregate of grading as specified in TI/MORTH Specification. Minimum cement content shall not be less than 150 kg/cum including spreading and compacted by using mechanical paver and vibratory roller including necessary form work finshing etc. as per TI/ MORTH specification 601, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceed 150 Kg. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness.
Material & Labour for 400 Micron thick transparent HDPE Polythene film of GRADE-I conforming to IS-10889 as anti-friction layer on the base course of RUNWAY WORK/ROAD WORK as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joint etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Side lap shall be 150 mm and end lap shall be 300 mm. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the laps.
Material & Labour for 150mm thick Pavement Quality Cement Concrete (PQC) work in pavement / Dispersal / taxi link of minimum field flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 400 Kg Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 43 per cum with not exc 31.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate conforming to IS: 383 (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of Morth) and mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of ordinary portland cement grade 43 of PQC or as per manufacturers instuction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted using fixed form paver , mechanically vibrated and bull nosing / rounding off the edges, curing compund, finishing the surface by brooming without using extra cement etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to as per IRC-44-2017, IS-456. (b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under respective item of BOQ. (c) All types of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (f) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceed 400 Kg. (g) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (h) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO or as per requirement of Air Force Authority. (j) Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 shall only be used.

Material & Labour for Expansion joint, 25mm thick (using high RPM diamond bit cutter) for depth of 425mm of PQC, filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythene foam back up rod of 30 mm dia, 25 mm pre-moulded compressible filler board priming to 15 mm deep with apporved primer and filling with polyeurethene based sealant, applying masking tape on edge of joint to avoid accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per direction of the manufacturer, complete as specified and directed.
Material & labour for forming dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with intial saw cut with 3mm blade soon after concrete sets for 1/3 of depth of PQC, sidening the first saw cut to 6mm wide and 24 mm deep from top, priming top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS-4254, and EN 141875-2003 with min MAF +- 30% having 10 years performance guarantee to closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 8mm dia, for complete Width of joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the direction of the manufacturer, complete all as specfified and directed.
Material & Labour for forming Construction joint of 10 mm wide and 25 mm deep using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up rod of 10 mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and priming to 13 mm with apporved primer and filling with polyeurethene based sealant (leaving 2-3 mm recess from top), applying masking tape on edge of joint to avoid accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per direction of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.

GEYSER AND ELECTRO STATIC DISCHARGE
S & F of electric water heater (geyser), 25 litres capacity, BEE 5 star rated, complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of advanced encapsulated compund based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc 80-100 micron with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy 200-250 microns coated). Earthing system confirming to IS3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm, 3 m length zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by eletrolite/ conductolite backfill compound (ground enhancer), the BFC should be eco-friendly and should not contain environmentally hazardous material/ metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mising the same with BFC 2 to 3 bags (as per soil condiiton) including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450 x 450 x 50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre bothways, complete all as specified and directed.
S & F of copper strip 32 x 6mm, burried in ground, complete all as specified and directed.
Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE 'A' PART- XIV) amount of Rs.15,35,310.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
