Taking down old unsv Post-Top lights alongwith existing Pole and connected items by disconnecting electrical connections and depositing to MES yard complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 4 core x 25 Sq mm. complete all as directed. Note: Old existing cable retrieved from site will be deposited to MES Store yard including transportation & labour charges is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .

M&L for sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid flat dry in trenches over cable, across the direction of cable complete all as specified & as directed .

Supply and Installation of Decorative Pole, the height of the pole shall be 3000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole is made out of mild steel tube in two steps. The dimensions of the bottom section shall be 114mm dia x 1000mm long x 4mm thick and top section shall be 76 mm dia x 2000mm long x 3.2 mm thick .The top section shall be inserted in the bottom section by 75mm and a 75mm long tube of suitable dia as per the pole entry of luminaire shall be welded on the top of the pole. A service window with proper strengthening to cut out door shall be provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty connector for main connections in the bottom part of the pole. The bottom part and the top part of the pole shall be joined together by using M.S. flanges & shall be welded properly. Cast Aluminium embellishments shall be fitted and sealed by groove screw fixing. A Square mild steel base plate of 250 mm x 250mm x 10mm thick with fastners shall be welded at the bottom of the pole for foundation. The Decorative pole is duly pretreated blasting process by shortand painted in U.V. ray resistant P.U. coating in approved colour shade. Decorative pole shall be installed at desired location including foundation of the pole by making cement concrete foundation of 1:2:3

( 1 cement: 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with the help of anchor bolts and 38mm G.I sleeve as required as per Lustre item No.LI-8234 or equivalent model in Keselec/Ligman/Neri/Bajaj complete all as specified & as directed .

Supply and Installation of 36W LED Post Top Luminaire as per Lustre item No. Li-50035-36 or equivalent model in Keselec/Ligman. Housing of the Luminaire is made of Aluminium. Polycarbonate diffusers are fitted in the Luminaire . The dimensions of the Post Top Luminaire are 435 mm dia and 420 mm Height. LED shall be mounted on the PCB and fitted in the Luminaire .PCB shall be fitted on the suitable Heat Sink for proper Heat Dissipiation. Suitable Constant Current LED driver with power factor 0.9 or more and efficiency 85% or more Shall also be fitted inside the Luminaire. The PCB of the LED shall be 4000/5700-6500K. The efficiency of the luminaire shall be 85 Lumens/Watt or more. The ingress protection of the luminaire shall be IP-65. The Surface of the Luminaire Shall be machined and polished Properly to give it a Smooth Surface. The Luminaire shall be duly pretreated and Coated in U.V. ray resistant polyurethane/Polyester in approved color shade. A Two Way Connector Shall be Provided in the Luminaire for the main Connections. The Luminaire is suitable for 240v, single phase, AC. Decorative Luminaire Shall be installed at the desired location on the decorative pole. Make:- Keselec/Lustre/Ligman/Bajaj complete all as specified & as directed .

Taking down existing Geysers/ Water Heater from the existing position by disconnecting all electrical and water connections and depositing the same to MES store yard complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Water heater (Geyser) Vertical type of 25 Ltr capacity, 2 KW, Cat Part No - GHWAMJSIV025 of Havells or equivalent model in Bajaj/Crompton of Ivory in colour, BEE 5 star rating with 04 Nos of suitable fastners complete all as specified and as directed at site including suitable felxible pipe heavy duty 450mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified & as directed .

Supply & fix in replacement of SPN enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SP MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Model No 607841 of Make Legrand or equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

Supply & fix in replacement of plug and socket for metal clad box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per standard prectice and approval of GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts bolts fasteners etc)
