SR of Dibulganj Jogendra to Chandubahara link road

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22-4-53MM specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface' and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with hydrulic broom as per Techinical Specification No. 503

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm dalla aggregate either using 80/100 penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm. To required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity.as per technical specification clause 508. (Including cost of bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
