PIPING :- Transportation of all piping items from Owner's storage point to work site/work shop; fabrication including cutting, edge preparation, (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, pipe spools, fittings, flanges, etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required); fitup, bending, welding, threading, and laying of pipes and pipe spools (spools along with supports) of all types,RF pad fabrication and welding and thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks and at all elevations, connecting with equipment nozzles, strainers, steam traps, orifice assemblies, spray nozzles, tapings for pressure gauges, thermo wells, sample connections, springs, sample coolers, closed sample system cabinets etc. and fixing of gaskets, bolts, nuts including application of torque wherever required & all other inline instruments and fittings, like elbows, reducers, tees, flanges, spectacle blinds and spacer & blinds, vents, drains (but excluding supply of pipes, fittings, valves fasteners, painting, coating & Wrapping, insulation, fabrication of pipe support), SW valves up to 1.5 NB, Steam Supply/ Condensate Recovery stations(Cast/Fabricated), alignment, cleaning & flushing by water/compressed air, hydrostatic, pneumatic, vacuum or/and any other type of testing as specified draining, drying by compressed air, performing Positive Material Identification(PMI) using alloy analysers, completing all such works in all respects (including preparation of isometrics as mentioned in the Scope of Work for the job) as per the specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. PMI shall be performed by third party as defined in PMI spec. Carbon steel piping includes LTCS piping also.

Dismantling & erection of equipment : Dismantling/removal of existing equipment/machines & their subassemblies from foundation without any damage to Equipment/ machine /subassemblies/components using suitable earth moving equipment , sling transportation of the dismantled/removed Equipment/machine/subassemblies to worksite using trailers of appropriate length and capacity & securing to trailers , assembly of sub-assemblies, placing the equipment/machines on foundations with appropriate capacity crane & slings, erection of assemblies/subassemblies , levelling, aligning, including chipping & dressing of foundations (if any) and providing manpower for testing, commissioning, rectifying defects if any and completing the work in all respects . Includes Dismantling of structural members of roof, structural frames, other structural members to facilitate dismantling / removal/ erection of the equipment/machines and again restoring the dismantled roof & frames .

Dismantling/Removal ERECTED PIPING (ABOVE GROUND) :- Dismantle/ Removal of piping existing/erected by gas cutting, cold cutting including SW valves as required Drawings/P&IDs/instructions of Engineer-in-charge at all elevations, including providing assistance to owner for draining, cleaning and purging of the lines to be removed , unbolting of flanged joints /cutting of pipe lines wherever required, installation of flanges and blind flanges, removal of insulation from insulated lines, removing supports, steam tracers, all Valves, fittings and flanges, instruments etc, cutting of pipes in appropriate length for transporting purposes, cleaning, flushing, drying and transporting all materials to storage point(within the complex battery limits) designated including stacking of material and disposing of waste etc as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication & erection of steel structural of pipe supports; pipe racks ; staircases; hand rails; gratings; ladders; platforms brackets, stiffeners welding etc. as per drawings ; including supply and application of one coat of primer , all necessary tools & tackles; equipment; machinery; consumables; manpower etc. returning surplus materials and scrap etc to owner's storage points ,completion of work as per drawings, specification, Modification/rectifications, if required as adjustment/alignment during pre-commissioning, commissioning as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

CS Structural steel work: ( Material Supply Contractor Scope)

STRESS RELIEVING for Pipes joints with attachments : Carrying out stress relieving of weld joints, including all types of attachment welds (corrosion pads, protection shields, supports, etc.), as applicable, on all types of piping as called for on shop/site fabricated already erected system including supply of all materials, consumables recording devices, insulation materials, instruments etc., providing all normal & special equipment and gadgets, skilled/unskilled labour, specialist, supervisory staff and completing the work in all respects as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Repeat performance due to defective stress relieving or any other account shall be on Contractor's cost. Payment shall be done only after submission and approval of charts. Stress relieving shall be followed by measurement of hardness and no separate payment shall be made for this.

Dismantling of Steel Structure steel work: Dismantling steel work: Dismantling of existing structural work by cutting; grinding; gauging; & making smooth the uneven cut surfaces and returning the cut out materials to NRL store including supply of all tools & tackles; equipments; machinery;consumables; manpower etc.

Surface preparation, Coating and Wrapping: Surface preparation, Coating and Wrapping of all types of pipes and pipe fittings etc as per NRL spec. including supply of all permanent job materials for coating and wrapping, tools, equipment, manpower, transportation of piping from store/ fabrication yard / shop / site testing after coating etc excluding pipe laying work and excavation Rate include surface cleaning/Preparation, Primer and warapping coating application as per NRL Paint Specification

Scaffolding : Supply, Erection and Dismantling of all types of scaffolding : Erection and Dismantling of all types of scaffolding in unit/off sites area/inside vessels, tanks etc. as per NRL specification and standards including supply of Scaffolding materials,Platform, clamp manpower, tools, tackles etc. required for completion of job.

NDT : Film Radiography by Gamma Rays "RADIOGRAPHY: - Performance of radiographic inspection on piping of all types & Thickness including providing or hiring of all necessary equipment and whatever else Even though not expressly mentioned but required to perform the work as per Specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Rates are inclusive of Radiography machine, manpower, consumables etc. and all other equipments Required to perform the radiography at all heights to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Radiographs shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (Repeat Radiography due to defective radiograph on repaired joints due to Contractor's fault and for additional radiography necessitated due to poor Performance of contractor's welders shall be done at contractor's cost) Film Radiography by Gamma Rays”
