(b) Front Legs : Taking down old existing broken front leg of chair dining of any description in any position & replacement of the same with S&F new front leg of IInd class hard wood Make : Sal made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(c) Side Rail : Taking down old existing broken side rail of chair dining of any description in any position & replacement of the same with S&F new side rail of IInd class hard wood Make : Sal made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(d) Front / back Rail : Taking down old existing broken front or back rail of chair dining & replacment of front or back rail with S&F new front or back rails ,made out of 2nd class Hard Wood well seasoned Make : Sal. with holes for weaving. The spacing of holes shall match with existing rail on the other side all as shown on drawing specified and as directed by the Eng - in - Charge

(e) Stiffener : Taking down old existing broken stiffener of chair dining of any description in any position replacment of stiffener with S & F new stiffner complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eng - in - Charge.

(f) Back strip : Taking down old existing broken Back strip of chair dining of any description in any position replacment of back strip with S & F new back strip complete,made out of 2nd class Hard Wood well seasoned Make : Sal. all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Eng - in - Charge.

(g) Shoes : M & L for removing old/worn out PVC rubber shoes with S & F new PVC rubber shoe of superior quality with steel plated screws of suitable size complete all as directed by Eng - in - Charge

Bed Ply wood Top /Bed Newar (FD-246 ,245, 247 ) (a) Top : Material and labour shall be provided for replacement of worn out top of ply or newar with new 12 mm commercial plywood, in one piece, fixed with screws as specified in drg and as directed.

(b) Long Rail : M &L for replacement of old broken long Rail made out of II nd class hard wood Make : Sal Rest all as per drg.

(c) Short Rail : Making out short Rail from old broken long rail (obtain from Item No 4 (b) here-in-before) and fix rest all as per drg.

(d) Legs : M &L for replacement of old broken legs made out of II nd class hard wood Make : Sal Rest all as per drg.

(e) Head Board : M & L for taking out all broken worn out component of head board and provide frame with IInd class hard wood Make : Sal and cover the all around head board with Teak face ply 3mm. All as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Foot Board : All as per Item No 4 ( e) but Foot Board.

(g) Stiffner : M & L for replacement of old broken stiffener connecting of legs with new one made out 2nd class hard wood from Make : Sal, Rest all as per Drg.

(h) Steel bent clamp for corner : All broken old worn out bent clamp shall be be provided of mild steel flat iron size 35 x5x100mm in 'L' shape with six holes for screw fixing each including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black over a coat of red oxide primer.

Side Board ( FD-241 & FD-26 ) (a) Top : M&L for removing old worn out top and supply and fixing new top made out of 18/19 mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade one side decorative lamination and other side balancing white lamination Make : Greenply/Kitply/Assam ply/Novapan duly edging 4 mm thick 2nd class hard wood after removing old UNSV edging . Rest all as per drg.

(b) Legs : M&L for removing old UNSV broken all legs from the frame for fitting new legs duly made out of II nd class hard wood Make : Sal . Rest all as per drg or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Long Rail : M&L for removing old UNSV broken long rail from the frame for fitting newrail duly made out of II nd class hard wood Make : Sal. Rest all as per drg or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Short Rail : M&L for removing old UNSV broken short rail from the frame for fitting new rail duly made out of II nd class hard wood Make : Sal. Rest all as per drg or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Shutter : - M&L for removing old worn out shutter and supply and fixing new shutter made out of 18/19 mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade one side decorative lamination and other side balancing white lamination Make : Greenply/Kitply/Assam ply/Novapan and equivalent duly edging 6 mm thick 2nd class hard wood after removing old UNSV edging . Rest all as per drg .

(f) Drawer : M&L for removing old worn out drawer from the Side Board and new drawer made out of 6mm commercial plywood as specified in the drg.

(g) Side LT/RT. : - ditto all as per srl No 5(a) here in before but LT/RT.

(h) Back : M & L for removing old worn out back of the bins and new made out of 9 mm thick commercial plywood. Rest all as per drg or as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(j) Knob : M&L for taking out old worn out knob from the drawer of the table and SF New CPKnob of best quality . Rest all as specified or as directed by Engr in Charge.

Bin Soiled Linen (FD-244 & FD-15 (M) ) (a) Top : M&L for removing old worn out top and new top made out of 18/19 mm prelaminated practical board exterior grade, one side decorative lamination Make : Greenply/Kitply/Assam ply/Novapan and other side balancing white lamination duly edging 5 MM thick 2nd class hard wood after removing old UNSV edging . Rest all as per drg

(b) Bottom : M & L for removing old worn out bottom of the bins and new made out of second class HW Make : Sal. Rest all as per drg or as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(c) Back : M & L for removing old worn out back of the bins and new made out of 6 mm thick commercial plywood. Rest all as per drg or as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(d) Hinge : M&L for taking out old worn out hinge from the bin and SF new MS hinge size 100 mm of best quality. Rest all as specified or as directed by Engr in Charge.

Stool Dressing (FD-27,252 ,&282) (a) Leg : M&L for removing old worn out leg and provide new leg made out of second class HW Make : Sal duly edging . Rest all as per drg as specified by Engr in Charge

Table dressing with mirror Ladies (FD-251 & FD-378) (a) Mirror : Removing of old/worn out U/S mirror and M & L for fixing new mirror 5 mm thick ( Make : MODI GUARD/ATUL/ SWASTIK) as per size shown on drg & directed .

(b) Back ply of mirror :Removing UNSV back from the mirror and S & F new back made out of 6 mm thick commercial plywood. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Top : Removing UNSV from the mirror and new top made out of 18 mm thick pre laminated partical board exterior grade one side decorative lamination Make : Greenply/Kitply/Assam ply/Novapan/Archidply and other side balancing white lamination. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(d) Bottom : M & L for removing unservicable from the mirror and new bottom made out of 18mm thick pre laminated partical board exterior grade one side decorative lamination Make : Greenply/Kitply/Assam ply/Novapan/Archidply and other side balancing white lamination. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(e) Drawer : M&L for removing old worn out drawer from the table and new drawer made out of 2nd class hard wood as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge .

(f) Knob : M&L for removing unservicable knob from the table and S & F new CP knob suit to the drawer. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

g) Legs : M&L for removing unservicable Legs from the table and SF new Legs made out of 2nd class H/W Make : Sal. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(h) Glass sliding shutter with alluminium channel : M&L for removing UNSV Glass sliding shutter with aluminium channel from table and S&F new Glass shutter made out of 4mm thick glass plain with aluminium channel 20 mm width match with the existing. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr in Charge.

(c) Head Board : M & L for taking out all broken worn out component of head board and provide frame with 18/19mm Pre-laminated particle board as Make : Assm ply/Kit Ply all as per drg.and as directed.

(d) Foot Board : All as per Item No 10 (c) but Foot Board.

Tip up push back Auditorium Chair (TP) Repairs to Chair Audiorium compermising the following items all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (a) Seat :- Removing of existing U/S Cushion,Rexine and plywood from the seat of chair. S & F new foam Cushion 100 mm thick 32 density (Make: sleepwel/Kurlon), Rexine cloth and 12mm plywood commercial (Make : Archidply/Kitply/Greenply) to mach in original position of chair. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Back : All as per item No 11 (a) here in above but back

(c) Bottom spring : Removing the existing unserviceable or broken of bottom spring from Seat of chair. Supply and fixing of bottom spring to the Seat of chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

(d) Handle Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair. Supply and fix new handle to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original.

Teapoy (FD-232 & FD-278 ) (a) Top : M&L for Removing old U/S top from the teapoy and S/F new top made out of 18/19mm thick plywood with laminated thick 1mm ply/Novapan/Archidply with around beading of 2nd Class HW . Rest all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge

(b) Long Rail : M&L for removing U/S long rail S&F New Long Rail made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge
