REPAIR/ MAINT OF SUB MAIN WIRING, DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, MCB AND MCCB INCL CONNECTING WORK IN MD ACCN UNDER AGE EM-V OF GE (N) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Removing existing serviceable/ unserviceable MCCBs, MCBs, bus bars, connected wiring and accessories from existing wall-mounted indoor LT panel board for cleaning and spray painting, including repair of hinges, complete re-wiring, locking arrangements and hanging brackets suitable for fixing on wall, including necessary internal wiring of required size and capacity for MCBs and other connected accessories, electric meters and providing suitable openings for cable entry with cable glands, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate shall include cleaning and spray painting of the panel board, refixing of bus bars, reconnection of energy meters in their original position, and necessary replacement of bus bars and all connected items, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down carefully existing unserviceable Distribution Boards (DBs) of any type and size, including MCBs, MCCBs and all other connected accessories, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet steel enclosure made out of CRCA mild steel sheet, double door, powder coated, DB VTPN, 4-way, 415 Volts, suitable for concealed installation in wall or as directed, protection class IP-54, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCCBs up to 125 Amps, isolators and other associated accessories, including cutting and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls as necessary, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory-made Distribution Board (DB), fabricated from CRCA sheet, TPN, 4-way, 433 Volts (8+12 modules), double door type, complete with earth bar, copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity and neutral link, protection class IP-54, suitable for mounting MCBs/isolators, conforming to IS 8623 and BS 5484, dust and vermin proof, suitable for concealed installation in wall or as directed, including cutting and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls as necessary, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of sheet steel enclosure made out of CRCA mild steel sheet, IP-54 protection class, flush mounted, with metal door, powder coated, DB SPN, 12-way, 230 Volts AC, complete with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door, 12 modules, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCBs, isolators and other associated accessories, including taking down carefully existing old unserviceable MCB DBs, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory-made Distribution Board (DB), fabricated from CRCA sheet, SPN, 8-way, 230 Volts, double door type, complete with earth bar, copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity and neutral link, protection class IP-54, suitable for mounting MCBs/isolators, conforming to IS 8623 and BS 5484, dust and vermin proof, suitable for concealed installation in wall or as directed, including taking down carefully existing unserviceable old DB of any type, including MCBs and other associated accessories, and cutting and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls as necessary, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing concealed in wall, single pole and neutral (SPN) enclosure complete with 2-pin and earth type plug and socket outlet, including one single-pole MCB of 25 Amps, 240 Volts capacity, suitable for AC/geyser supply, including taking down carefully the existing old unserviceable enclosure, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of TPN MCB, 40 to 100 Amps, 415 Volts AC, C-curve, 4-module type, with breaking capacity not less than 10 kA, including taking down carefully existing old unserviceable TPN MCB, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of single-pole (SP) MCB suitable for 230 Volts AC supply, rated 6 to 32 Amps, C-curve, with rupturing capacity not less than 10 kA, ISI marked, including taking down carefully existing old unserviceable SP MCB, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of SPN MCB, rated 40 to 63 Amps, 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz, C-curve, with rupturing capacity not less than 10 kA, including all necessary attachments/accessories and taking down carefully existing old unserviceable SPN MCB, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
