Supply and fix road lighting luminaires, 70 watts(100 LUMEN OUTPUT) high power LED with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles, maintanance free system for long life ,fixing it in new bracket(paintimg the bracket with one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminum paint) all as directed by engg in charge Make: Wipro LR02 781 -XXX-57XX OR equivalent in PHILIPS./Oshram Note: Bracket material and all accesseries for fixing is deemed to be included in rate quoted

Supply and fix flood lighting lumainaries with high power LED 120Wattand unique flood optics , connecting it with pole mounted junction box with 6sqmm 2core aluminum conductor,and fixning it in new angle/bracket arrangemnets (angle/bracket should be painted with one coat of red oxide and and one coat of aluminium paint)all as directed by engg in charge Make:- Wipro LF20 132 060 57 XX OR equivalent in PHILIPS./Oshram Note- fixing arrangement for flood light is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Taking out cable of any size and capacity all as required

Supply/Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, jointing and testing 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cables with aluminum stranded conductor, 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply/Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, jointing and testing 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cables with aluminum stranded conductor, 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and testing heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of 1.5 sqmm, 3 core cross sectional area for connecting street /flood lights from bracket to pole mountewd boxes including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc,. and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returing filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I.Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay bricks sub class 'B' laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over UG cable as in cable protection all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, etc. on around poles, chajjas and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating etc. including necessary form work complete as all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for erection in position including steel tubular swaged poles (swan neck) type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and top cover all as specified and including the following:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and 2 mtr deep for pole foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavation of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exc 25cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs. (b) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.8 mtr for concrete casing the pole upto GL complete all as directed. (c) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for plinth block/collar above GL 300 mm high and 450mm dia all as directed. (d) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, preparation of surface including painting of 30cm wide blue bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5m above plinth block. (e) Material and labour for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exc height in numbering of pole all as directed.

Supply & fix FRP junction box Size outside dimension 430x265x170 mm,IP65 protection with plain wall for cable of size 10sqmm ,size 126x228x111 (min)including 20mm connetor MCB 6Ampp SP -01 Nos with suitable bus bar arrangements and fix on pole with and including MS clampd out of 25x3 mm MS flat iron,nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed Make Hensel/Sintex ?Havells

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected with 4 mm galvanised steel wire at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/ dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6, type C-I, using 20mm grade stone aggregate and MS angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm, RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars, 75mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel, wire mesh and GI pipe of 20mm bore (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore (light grade) and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI wire and protection pipe up to 7.5 metre beyond the earth plate electrode is included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix in replacement of nature switch complete with timer contactor,relays,and suitble rating MCB for incoming and outgoing in built in suitable sheet metal enclosure,all fixing arrangement of three phase integrated models of capacity 8 KW (Cat Prt No SWADEEP -02 EC 8 KW 3P of HEALER enterprises or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 47,150.00
