Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set water cooled 415 Volt 3 Phase wire engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting of main failure control panel having meter sound proof canopy and foundation as per company recommendation, etc. of capacity 40 kVA , all as directed. The design of integrated acoustic enclosure should be of type approved by National Physical Laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fitting PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 90 cm above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer. Vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specification :- (A) ENGINE - Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 40 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running conforming to IS-10002 ISO 3046 BS 5514. The engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Fly Wheel (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (v) Dynamo of suitable capacity (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry

(B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR :- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brush less alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or relevant IS-4722. (ii) Type :- Self-excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator.(iii) Rating :- 40 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition.(iv) Speed - 1500 RPM(v) System :- 415 Volts + 2.5% AC - 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ.(vi) Condition :- 4 wire star connected.(vii) Enclosure :- Screen protected drip proof(viii) Ventilation :- Self-ventilated.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying of GI tubing for UG cable including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry screened river bed sand cushioning 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable and further hand punned to form a uniform layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for burnt bricks sub class B old size, designation 75, laying on the cable width wise on the sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm dia GI tubes, light grade, galvanised with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earthstrip 25X4 mm dia by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, and any type of stata charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre.

Supply and fix Perforated type Hot dip Galvanized cable tray 54mm (h) x 200 mm (w) complete with nuts bolts washers (GI) and all accessories for mounting and supporting the cable tray system, along with vertical bends, bends., including taking down and re laying in cable tray for any size of electric/LAN/Signal cable and if making of hole as per requirement and good surface to disturbed area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in Perforated type Hot dip Galvanized cable tray cover Hot dip Galvanized for mounting and covering cables on cable tray width 200 mm along with clips Complete with all mounting and supporting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix factory made load line DBs double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating materials like polyester epoxy coated surface mounting 12 way TPN 415 Volts, IP 43 with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as out going complete all as specified. Note: work includes cutting of wall as per DB size requirement and making good to disturbed surfaces as existing surface.

Supply & fix MCCB TP 63 Amp, 26 kA micro processor energy released type with OLED display complete all as specified.

S&F MCB SPN 240 Volt of capacity 6 to 32 Amp rating, "B" Series complete all as directed.

S&F sub main wiring in replacement with two runs PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm alongwith one run of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as earth wire connected to earth dolly fixed on surface of wall/ceiling/in concealed PVC conduits complete including cutting chases and making good to walls at disturbed area all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of 4 sqmm copper conductor cable, one run of PVC concealed conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply & fix rigid non-metallic 20 mm external dia PVC conduit concealed on surface to wall / ceiling for drawing Telephone and Intercom system exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully and refixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc for lan/ telephone circuits.from existing conduit pipes /casing capping and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor including removing and re-fixing in any type/ size of cable complete to match with the existing surface/finishes all as specified.

S&F sheet metal enclosure 2-in-1 3 pin metallic socket and plug top with plug socket and MCB 20 Amp SP complete all as specified and as directed.
