Clearance of slush from wet drains by mechanical means

Disposal of slush using Hyraulic Excavator and hydraulic Tractor Trolly I/C cutting and loading in Trolly and transporting to the dumpsite with all lifts and 2.35 km lead (Pucca)

Providing and laying Precast Cement concrete block GRADE M-15(1:2:4 ) with shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type and needle vibrator under the RCC pipe including supply, carriage, loading and unloading of material from an approved quarry complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and alignments, jointing with tytone rubber joint and cutting of NP-3 1600 mm i/d RCC S/S pipes having inside HDPE. lining ISI marked as per ISI code IS:458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc., cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and to ensure this, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including all cartage etc complete in all respects.( Double Layer Piple line of 1600 mm i/d)

Extra for providing 1:2 cement sand mortar on tytone rubber joint of RCC pipes having sockets extended out of barrel, in trenches including facing trowelling and finishing the joints at the angle of 45 degree with faces of socket keeping joints wet till cured, testing the pipe joints for leak proof and making good all leakage and defects as per specifications.

Construction brick masonry man holes in cement sand motor 1:5 with R.C.C 1:2:4 mix & foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix, inside plastering 12 mm thick with cs mortar 1:3, finishing with floating coat of neat cement & making benching in cement concrete 1:2:4 i/c orange colored PVC steps including RCC cover with frame 455 x 610 mm complete in all respect

Excavation in soil( any type) using hydraulic excavator CK90 with Hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity i/c cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and x-sections, i/c all lifts and combined lead upto 30 mtr.

Compaction of earth/fly ash as per specifications in 20 cm with Layers and dressing including watering and rolling complete in all respect.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specifications including supply, carriage, loading and unloading of material from an approved quarry complete in all respect.

Providing and Laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type including supply, carriage, loading and unloading of material from an approved quarry complete in all respect.

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M- 35 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 5 ft iron mesh fencing on angle iron including supply and carriage loading and unloading materials complete in all respects

Dismantling of brick work in cement sand mortar / lime mortar including T&P scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material. & staking the serviceable material with all lifts & lead of 100 metre (By Mechanical Means) (L.S)

Making dewatering arrangement by pumping set 4'' *4'' (Tractor driven) complete in all respect.

Constructing brick masonry road gully chambers as per standard drawings (as per sizes given below) including dressing of beds and sides of chambers to exact profiles, 15cm thick C.C 1:6:12 in foundation, first class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5, 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 topping inside the chamber with a floating coat of 1.5mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping, the entire inner surface of the chamber rendered with neat cement not less than 12.50mm in thickness of 1:2 cement sand plaster and finished with a floating coat of neat cement 1mm thick left absolutely smooth polished and correct to template including cost of precasted RCC road gully grating and frame including paint with coal tar (as specified in item No. 29.49) complete and to the requirement of the Engineer in Charge.
