15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for exterior plastering i/c bends at corner ( as shown in arch drawing) upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials within allleads and lifts.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work two or more coats @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (interior paint)

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured / white flushing cistern with a pair of PVC / C.I. or M.S. bracket complete with fittings including PVC syphonic apparatus, mosquito proof lid, PVC union and coupling for connections with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes including cutting holes and making good the same ( over flow pipe to be measured and paid for separately 10 litres net capacity.
