Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material ie soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes shall be 15cm. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm.

Material and labour for 250mm bore dia, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, conform to IS 458-2003, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:2 with and including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering the disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 to match with surrounding surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and under floor as sub base, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes in any position and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ISI Marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

16. Supply and fix 100 mm (4") dia ductile iron pipe class k - 7 centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends as per following conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket jointing ) in any length including all jointing material like tyton joints,gaskets etc required at site compleate and making good for disturbed surface of roads ,path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site ,site clearance for route of pipes line welding ,cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 200 mm dia for inserting branch connection etc all as specified and directed

Supply installation testing and commissioning of sewage submersible pump 3 phase 5 HP 380m-440 volts of total head in 16 m -22 m ,625 - 260 LPM of 2900 RPM and connected with suitable flat submersible copper cable 1100 volt grade, 3 core including connected accessories etc all as specified and directed. Supply and fix DI fitting special such as tee piece,bends,any type any radius any angle collers ,caps and plug etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying LT underground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated armored aluminium conductor in trenches/ducts/pipe/on wall/ poles etc of cable size 10 Sqmm 4 Core all as specified and directed.

Supply, install testing and commissioning LT Panel, out door type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, factory made (Protection Class IP-54) having front open able shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.14 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40mmx40mmx6mm thick, duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts. PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated aluminum bus bar (25mmx5mm) of capacity not less than 63 Amps and shall be completed with internal wiring with copper conductor complete and the overall size of the LT Panel shall be suitable to accommodate in and including the following accessories etc all as specified and directed:-
