Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 11.00 here-in-before but except brick. Note : Old serviceable brick retrieved from serial item No 2.00 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F in repairs 140mm Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated designation No. 3 universal type cast iron body suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI lay in metal ceiling system of 600 x 600mm module which includes provides and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20 x 30 x 20 mm of 0.5 mm thick prepainted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm c/c , suspending the main main C carrier os size 10 x 38 x 10 mm made of GI steel 0.7mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37 x 27 x 25 x 1.6mm, rawl plugs of size 38 x 12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped spring Tee having height of 24mm and width of 34 mm made of GI steel 0.45mm thick is then fixed to main C carrier and in direction to perpendicular to it at 600mm c/c with help of suspension brackets. Where ever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120gm/sqm(both side inclusive, fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with:-

S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordianary quality glazing with with rubber for fixing glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5mm thick coloured ACP (Aluminium composit Pannel) sheet using aluminium partition including joining cleats for fixing etc. (colour of sheet approved by GE).

S&F Sheet glass 4 mm thick in glazing to aluminium door, window & partition including pad, gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31.00 (here-in-before) above but as in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes and leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:4) as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers the base plaster shall be 15mm thick in two layers. First layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 3% & shall be sufficiently rough and combed be wire brush or nail comb, feed from all dust, dirt, grease, oil etc for proper bonding. The base plaster shall be cured for 3 to 4 days before applying the grit wash plaster. A homogeneous mix of white cement, coarse sand and 10mm nominal size sone chippings of approved colour in proportion 1:1/2:2 be prepared by adding water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and be mixed homogenously and then mix be applied

Cont/- on a prepared base surface with a float applying gentle pressure in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including beading, White cement slurry shall be applied @ 2Kg/sqm on base coat before applying a stone grit wash plaster. After the initial setting of about 1 to 2 hours the surface of stone grit plaster surface be scrubbed and washed out gently with a nylon brush and water. The cement on the surface of stone chips be washed away exposing the aggregates and plastered surface shall be cured for 14 days including necessary steel scaffolding work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for Shelves (veneering to wall) including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
