EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and to full depth as my be directed except in rock requiring blasting, but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with standard specifications.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (One Cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, complying with standard specification.

Filling with well gravel in layers well rammed, watered and consolidated, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick ( one cement five sand) per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix 10 mm thick ( one cement Three sand) per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Painting with first quality plastic emulsion paint two coats using good quality approved colour paint including all cost etc complete.

Painting with enamel paint two coats including scrapping over old wood work etc.,

European Water Closet (white ) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

Supply and Fixing of HDPE Tank as per Standard Quality as per the Direction of the Departmental officers etc., complete.
