Provision of DG set for RW Circle office at Angul for the year 2026-27_building

SITC of 20 KVA Single Phase DG Set; Engine Make – Mahindra /Jakson/Kirloskar, Liquid Cooled, Turbocharged & Intercooled developing upto required BHP, 3/4 Cylinder, Battery and with AMF panel. (Meeting Latest Emission Norms i.e., CPCB IV+). Installation of DG Set -PCC Foundation as per OEM standard, 4 Nos. Earthing connected to DG by 25x3mm GI earth strip as per OEM standard, Initial fill of Diesel– 100 Ltrs., Power Cable 3.5cx25sqmm Al armoured XLPE cable upto length 120 mtrs, Changeover switch 4P 63Amps with box of reputed make with stand inside DG shed, DG Shed with MS heavy square bar and TATA/JINDAL zinc aluminium colour coated GI sheet so that the shed covers DG more than 2 ft on all sides from DG body, square bars(to be coloured) to be concreted in ground for adequate strength and all required accessories and connections as per OEM standard and as per direction of engineer in charge, Testing and commissioning is to be done by OEM and commissioning certificate to be signed by engineer-in-charge, gurantee card to be handed over to engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 6 mtr long hot dip galvanized Octagonal pole having base dia of 155 mm and top dia of 70 mm and plate thickness of 4 mm or more complete with base plate of 250x250x16mm and 4 nos. Jtype En 8 grade foundation bolts M24X750mm to withstand 180 KM / HR wind speed considering the weight. Solar lights fixed on the top of the pole for AIO Integrated Solar lights . One no of AIO Solar lights at a height of 6 mtr above ground .Both the Octagonal pole, En8 grade fdn bolts and bracket must be manufactured in the Octagonal pole manufacturing company. ( Bracket & En8 grade Fdn bolts manufactured by third party pole supplier/manufacturer shall not be acceptable).The necessary test reports of Octagonal Pole and EN8 grade fdn bolts must be submitted by the manufacturer for acceptance of product/TDS approval prior to start of the work.The pole manufacturer must submit the confirmation regarding 10 years or more design life of the pole.Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with Solar light on that foundation. The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC. Installation of Octagonal Poles and fixing of 1 no AIO solar light in the bracket by using suitable machinery adopting all the safety precaurtions as per the direction of EIC. Supply of 60 W AIO Solar street lights having 150Wp or more highly efficient Monocrystalline PV module & 12.8 V 66 Ah or more ) Lithium Ferrophosphate (LiFePo4) Battery (BIS approved) which shall be inside the extruded aluminium luminaire housing (Theft retardant type), MPPT charge controller having > 92% efficiency & PIR Sensor. The initial lumen output of AIO street light shall be >9600 lumen or more in CCT 6000K (+/-500K) (Lumen efficacy of 160 lm/w ) as per LM 79 report of NABL lab The LED chip will be of OSRAM/NISCHIA/CREE/SEOUL Semiconductor only and should be with lenses for effective lighting distribution. The complete system & BMS should be designed to provide 2 days (24 Hrs) back up in dimming mode by activating PIR sensor and battery should be kept inside the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel (Made in India ) to be mounted on the top of the luminaire housing. The luminaire must be having IP 66 protection for critical component like (LED compartment, Driver compartment & Battery) . The AIO street light is having IK 08 .The luminaire should have the provision the tiltable/ adjustable mounting bracket to mount it on the top of the pole directly. Warranty on the AIO street lights must be 5 years .The solar lighting company must submit the warranty certificate in the department by mentioning 5 years warranty on complete lighting system against manufacturing defects. Solar lighting company has to repair/replace the lighting system if required against the manufacturing defect till compleiton of warranty period. The Agency/Contractor has to maintain the lighting system till the completion of warranty period by considering the periodical maintenance like panel cleaning in regular interval and rectifying the defect by engaging labour/machinery to make the lighting system operative till warranty period. The agency/contractor must submit declaration for maintaining the system till warranty period . The following test reports/certifications must be submitted for the technical acceptance of the products . 1. LM 79 REPORT NABL lab ) , 2. IK 08 (Report of NABL lab ), 3. IP 66 Report of NABL lab (The necessary test reports of NABL lab against the above must be submitted for any wattage of Solar Street lights for acceptance of product/TDS approval prior to start of the work. All the test reports must be in the name of Solar Lighting Company (Make:Crompton/Havells/Panasonic/Philips/Wipro)
