Supply , installatation , testing and commissioning of diesel driven generating set to give an out put of 500 KVA, 415V AC supply 3 phase, 50 HZ, 4 wire radiator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, vibration damper and other accessories with fuel tank viberation damper and other accessories with acoustic enclouser as per latest CPCB-IV norms and AMF panel including PCC foundation work as per OEM reccommandation and taking out the old DG set from the location and deposited to MES store Yard complete all as specified and directed, interanally comprising of following :- (A) DIESEL DRIVEN ENGINE :- Developing a net output suitable matched to give a net rated output of minimum 604 HP/suitable to drive 500 KVA alternator, at 0.8 power factor 415 volts. The engine should be capable of delivering the required output at 1500 RPM, water cooled, self start, with a provision of 10% overload for one hour in every 12 hours with the following accessories and all as specified. (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Air cleaner complete as per manufacturer specification. (iii) Fuel injection pump. (iv) Flexible coupling with guard, nuts and bolts. (v) Fuel filter with mounting. (vi) Oil filter with mounting. (vii) Starter motor as per manufacture's design. (viii) Exhaust, silencer industrial type with exhaust pipe suitable length. (ix) Batteries 12 volts 2x180 AH maintenance free batteries with copper lead, terminals etc. (x) Instrument panel complete with microprocessor based controller comprising shut down valve indication, LCD hour counter indication, RPM indication , LED lamps for fail to start, over speed /under speed . Low lub oil pressure, high engine coolant temperature. gaugae. (xi) Dynamo/alternator suitable rating.

(B) ALTERNATOR :-The above engine will be coupled through flexible coupling on an indigenous alternator mounted on a strong steel fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting in an acoustic enclousre. The alternator will be 3 phase 50 HZ 1500 RPM self regulating self exciting type and have class H insulation of stator and rotor windings and generate 500 KVA output at .8 Power factor 4 wire 415 volts AC supply under NTP condition with a provision of 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hrs running. The alternator would be screen protected and fitted with shield ball/roller bearing, automatic voltage regulator. (C) CONTROL PANEL :- S&F AMF (Automatic on mains failure) control panel CPRI approved outdoor ype KIOSK ' water, dust and vermin proof and fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron powder coated suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply with and incl the following :- (i) MCCB, 630Amps, 4 pole, 35 KA thermally adjustable between 80% -100% of rated load, Ics=Icu (ii) Necessary relays, times and power contractors of suitable rating/capacity for auto ON-OFF the DG set and changeover of the load in case of power failure. (iii) Digital mulfifunctional meter for phase wise reading of amps, voltage KWH and frequency -01 (iv) Internal wriring with single core solid copper conductor cable of appropriae gauge incl mumbering ferrules and control fuses. (v) Earthing terminals 02 Nos (vi) Auto/Manual start switch to by pass auto start. (vii) Battery charging system suitable for charging for charging the battery provided with the DG Set incl boost/stickle switch and system, DC voltmeter digital type.

(D) FUEL TANK :- One No built in sheet metal steel tank mounted inside the acoustic encloser and of adequate capacitynot less than 740 ltr with inlet and outlet connection including the following :- (i) Level indicator with float and gauge. (ii) Fuel piping for fuel supply to engine and over flow to tank (iii) Fuel strainer (E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- Enclousre be designed for reducing the sound level up to 75+/ 5db (average) as per IS 8528 part 10 and as per approved CPCB morms. the acoustic encloure must consist of the following :- (i) CRCA sheet with body 16 SWG thick. (ii) Base frame fabricated from ISMC Channel (iii) Insulated rock wool fire retardant/non-igniting noice reduction type and properly clamped provided on all doors, roof and sides. (iv) Special designed SS doors locks and door hinges.. (v) Thermostate switch to shut off the engine in case the temperature inside the accoustic enclousre increases beyond 70 degree Celsus. (vi) Glass windows in acoustic enclousre suitably located to read/check the various meters and controls

Supply, install, testing & commissioning Machine Room Less (MRL), Lift 8 Passanger, 544 Kgs suitable to serve G+2 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF drive) drive complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic and manual dual Closed loop controlled operation with/without attendant, telescopic opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set including taking out the old Lift set from the location and deposited to MES store Yard all as specified below :- Note:- (i) Contracor to submit detailed construction drawings of lifts being provided with complete technical specifications as per IS: 14665 before dispatch of material from OEM (ii) The existing lift well dimension are 1870 mm x 1870 mm centre opening door size 800 mm. However contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rate. (iii) Any civil / mechenical work required for proposed installation of new lift with respect to safety required by OEM will be carried out by the contractor, cost of same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (iv) The Contractor shall be responsible for 2 year defect liability period from certified date of completion of GE. During the said defect liability period the lift shall be kept functional/serviceable all the time & all consumable items shall be provided by the Contractor for operation and maintenance of lift. All periodical maintenance, regualar check up/inspection shall be carried out by OEM during two year defect laibility period. In addition to regular check up and periodical services special visit/inspection will also be carried to rectify defects by representative of OEM, if any emergency/trouble developed. An agreement will be made between Contractor and OEM and this shall be submitted to GE on the date of handing over of the lift (date of completion) for comprehensive maintenance of defect liability period. The cost of above shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (v) The provision of suitable steel structure/platform for installation of lifts equipment is part of lift items and nothing extra should be paid. (vi) If any clearance required to be sought from state govt. i.e. from lift inspector or electrical safety department or fire safety department is the contractor's responsibility & any expenditure on this account shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
