Taking down carefully the old u/s Aluminium/ Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, regulators, call bell etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area ie with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with single core multi strand copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts grade electrical cable in and including existing concealed PVC conduit medium grade and sunk in new pressed steel terminal boxes of required size factory made and factory painted with stove enameled black paint with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet (ISI Marked) of required color with screwed and cup washer with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm single core with multi strand copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete for One light /fan/Bell point controlled by one way switch all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- New conduit of suitable size with connected fittings will be laid, if there is damage/ blockage in existing conduit and the rates are inclusive of quoted rates and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/Colour wash/white wash.

Taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan dismantling of blades, transportation to work shop and carrying out rewinding, transportation to site, reinstallation with required cable and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rewinding will be measured and paid under respective item of this Schedule.
