REPAIR/MAINT TO UNSERVICEABLE CEILING FANS, GEYSERS, EXHAUST FANS AND ALLIED WORKS AT DIPATOLI MIL STN.

M&L for repairs to geysers by disconnecting the electrical and water supply connctions, repairs to inner container by brazing and welding and checking for any leakages and carrying out leak proof test at 2.5 Kg/sqcm with and including two coats of painting with synthetisc enamel paint and fixing back the geyser and connecting electrical and water supply connections in same or different location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Heating element ISI marked 1500 watts, 230 volts complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Heating element ISI marked 2000 watts, 230 volts complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Thermostat ISI marked, Temp range 45°C to 100° C, 230 volts complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement lamp indicator for geyser ( Red / Green ) including bulb and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement geyser connection pipe PVC for hot and cold water supply.

Dismantling carefully Ceiling Fans/ Exhaust fans (any make) for cutting down and removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling & greasing etc. complete and reassembling the ceiling fan including testing in E/M Store Yard & replacement of PVC flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 twin core twisted copper cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes .Note :- The super enameled copper winding wire to be provided for the above shall be of any make. (a) 12" /15” sweep exhaust fan

(b) 18” sweep Exhaust fan

(c) 48" sweep ceiling fan

(d) 56" sweep ceiling fan

Taking out old unserviceable Gun metal bushes from the dismantled rotar shaft and supply and fix suitable new Gun metal bushes for Ceiling Fan (any make) of size 48”/56” sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable oil capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor 440 Volts, 2.5 MFD to 3.0 MFD as required depending upon the model of ceiling fan (any make) of size 48”/56” sweep, including plastic holder for capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable oil capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor 440Volts, 4.0MFD for exhaust fan (any make) of any size, including plastic holder for capacitor, complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping out of old paint from the body, blades, down rod etc of Ceiling Fan complete and filling in cavities with approved filler and M&L for spray painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint first quality (Glossy/ White/ Pale gray) on the body, blades, down rod etc and writing MES No on the body of ceiling fan with black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed for the folloowing :- (a) Ceiling fan (any make) of size 48” sweep

(b) Ceiling fan (any make) of size 56” sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable old ball bearing from the dismantled rotor shaft and supply and fix suitable size new ball bearing for following:-. (a) Ceiling Fan ( any make) of size 48" sweep.

(b) 56" sweep ceiling fan, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) 12" /15” sweep exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) 18” sweep Exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Lowering carefully Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fans from site any type any make from any height in bldgs for carrying out repairs work as per items here-in-before and re-fixing in the same position after necessary testing complete all as directed Note :- Items of consumable store such as oil, grease, waste oil, wire brushes cotter pin/split pin and the like shall be contractor’s supply and quoted rates in schedule ‘A’ shall be deemed to include the cost of such items.

Taking out old unserviceable bolts/nuts with ‘U’ Clamps for hanging ceiling fan and S&F new bolts/nuts & ‘U’ clamps of required length and size for 48”/56” sweep ceiling fans (any make).Note:-Unit “EACH SET” means one bolt of required length & one nut with ‘U’ clamps.

S&F in replacement aluminium fabricated blades of approved quality for 1200 mm-sweep ceiling fan of any make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement aluminium fabricated blades of approved quality for 1400 mm-sweep ceiling fan of any, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for dismantling existing unserviceable down rod,& nut bolt cutting, drilling, fabrication and fixing of down rod suitable for hanging of ceiling fan of any make and size of GI Pipe 15 mm dia light grade suitable for cable entry and fixing arrangement including nuts bolts on both ends as directed.

Supply only GI Pipe light grade 15 mm dia for down rod all as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of body nuts with spring washers for fixing the fan blades complete of required sizes all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement canopy PVC suitable for various type of ceiling fan as per sizes all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F iron body box mounting on wall surface suitable for arrangement of four single phase electric meter with door locking arrangemrnt all as specified and directed.
