Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1302/2009 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

Post antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

Post antitermite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain, aluminium sheeting 0.56 mm thick, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, construction joints and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Grouting 30mm thick under stanchion bases or grillages, chajja, columns etc including scaffolding any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.
