Repairing of 15 kVA Servo Stabilizer (Servo-Type) by way of: • Replacement of damaged carbon brushes with new, high-grade carbon brushes suitable for servo motor application. • Top-up of fresh transformer oil of appropriate grade (as per IS 335 or equivalent) up to the required level, ensuring proper insulation and cooling performance. • Thorough inspection and cleaning of internal components to ensure smooth operation post-repair. • Testing of the stabilizer under no-load and load conditions to confirm optimal functionality.

Top-up of fresh transformer oil of 200 kva manual voltage stabilizer appropriate grade (as per IS 335 or equivalent) up to the required level, ensuring proper insulation and cooling performance.

Complete Servicing of a 62.5 KVA Diesel Generator(Make:- CUMMINS)(DG) Set Scope of Work: Servicing Overview: Perform a full service on the 62.5 KVA Diesel Generator (DG) set. Utilize the B-check kit forth service. Tasks Included: Drain the existing engine oil (M-oil). Replace any damaged or worn-out filters and Components.

Components to be Replaced: Inner Air Cleaner Element Outer Air Cleaner Element Tasks Included: Replace both the inner and outer air cleaner elements. Ensure the replacement of any choked or clogged elements. Note: Make sure to verify that the new elements are properly installed and functioning correctly.

Providing and filling of fresh Valvoline Premium Blue 7800 Plus M-Oil, as recommended by the OEM. The job Includes drain the old and used engine oil (M-oil). Properly transfer the drained oil to the concerned department in charge for disposal. Note: Ensure all old oil is handled and disposed of in accordance with environmental & safety regulations.

Pour a fresh supply of inhibitor and corrosion new treatment. Protection into the existing DG set. Drain the used inhibitor and corrosion protection before adding the new treatment
