CA NO. GE(W)/HSR-63/2025-26 REPAIR / REPLACEMENT, CLEANING AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF SEWAGE LINE OF ZONE A AT HISAR MIL STN UNDER GE (W) HISAR

Attending day to day complaints for cleaning of localised blockage from floor/Nahani trap, soil waste pipe, WC, chocked rain water pipe etc upto and including 1st manhole and removing sludge water/waste upto 50 metre distance and burring the same in pit complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The unit rates quoted in above items shall deemed to be included for removing of solids, liquids and sludge etc of any description from manholes (ii) OTM & MD accn of Offrs and JCOs/OR ,,and all other type of accn including MES Colony in Zone 'A' area under AGE B/R-II of GE(W) at Hisar Military Station (iii) All indls will report at complaint cell of AGE B&R-II of GE (W) Hisar alongwith a supervisor deputed by contractor to concerned individual will take attendance on daily basis. (iv) Contractor will collect the collect the complaint slip & submit the same in the evening after attending the complaints. (v) In case of any complaint is not attended by contactor withing 24 hours of reporting, then compensation @ Rs. 50.00 (Flat rate) will be deducted and Rs. 20.00 extra in addition to initial penalty of Rs. 50.00 for each further 24 hours delay.

Cleaning of underground sewage line of any type and size up to and including 200 mm dia incl removal of silts, sludge, pebbles, broken bricks ,stones and all in working and running condition involving removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by means of either by mechanical rodding or with manual rodding with vibration /drilling concept ie trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding descaling & dechoking of line wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with whatever way possible including combined high pressure water jetting com suction (vaccume )type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal /deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exc 5 km and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 2.00 above but exc 200 mm and upto 600 mm bore sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes nexc. 1.5 mtr deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, pebbles , broken bricks , stones etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil all as complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 4.00 above but depth exc.1.50 mtr and complete all as specified and directed.

Complete Dewatering/Desilting /De-sludging of Septic tank for 25 user by removing all sludge (in liquid,semi liquid or semi-solid state) both organic or inorganic in nature by vacuum process closed tanker tractor driven and disposing off the same to a distance exceeding 1.5km but not exe 5km at places as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing debries out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with burnt Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for Manhole , GT etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work of old size Bricks , straight or curved on plan to any in half brick thick walls , built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' old size brick laid on edges in floor in drain bedded and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush pointing to brick walls/floors, surface channels, drains, roofs etc in cement mortar 1: 3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning drain of width n exc 1.00 m and depth n exc 1.80 m including removing of all sludge, mud, foreign material, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, night soil etc and removing the taken out sludge /material out side of MD land by any means/source complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast casting reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs for manholes / GT (square / rectangular / circular ,cover slab over drainage line of any type and size with Angle iron bend to shape of manhole etc, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary use and waste of formwork and demolition of existing RCC cover slabs if any and complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in doors,windows or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and pintal hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m and n exc 3 m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm dia(6") PVC pipe of working pressure of 4 kg/cm2 single socketed in any length and joining pipes with adhesive solution in laid in trenches or in floors incl demolition and breaking up existing pipes of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, PVC Nahani trap 75mm bore with stainless steel grating including jointing with solvent cement fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified and directed :- (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg beg of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (fixing of nozzle and grouting & WPC will be measured and paid separately). (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade 50cm long laid on each sunken floor as spout complete all as specified and direced by EIC. (vii) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg beg of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (viii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint. Note :- (i) Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (ii) All debries obtained from site will be thrown away out side MD land by contractor at his own expense. (iii) For payment purpose the plan area of sunken floor shall be taken into accounts.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan "ORISSA" pattern size 580mmx440kmm, white with integral foot rest including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and connection to trap includintg cement concrete, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. including making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, PVC flushing cistern 10 lir capacity, valveless, syphonic action type with float, handle including 32mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC & bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made SFRC medium duty perforated manhole cover / drain cover/GT Cover of reqd size and shape of thickness 75 mm and including mild steel frame complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. perforations shall be uniformly spaced and shall be of standard size for proper drainage 2. The qouted price is deemed tot be inclusvie of mild steel frame.
