(B-54/3.1.6) Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering; All up to plinth level, 1:4:8 (1-Cement:4-coarse sand:8-graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(B-69/6.1.6) Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

(B-69/6.2.6) Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand).

(B-69/6.3.1) Add extra for Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in Square or Rectangular pillars.

(B-70/6.4.2) Add extra for facing as per design and detailed specifications including additional cost of stones. Course rubble Second sort.

(B-55/3.2.2) Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc up to floor three level excluding the const centering and shuttering. M-15 grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

(B-61/4.10.3) Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for: Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc.

(B-139/12.3) Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: (B-139/12.3.1) 25 mm thick.

(B-139/12.3.2) 20 mm thick.
